Pick up was simple and on time. Driver was safe and friendly. We arrived early, purchased some refreshing smoothies at their cafe, and enjoyed a pleasant day. The crew were kind, friendly, and helpful. We saw so many things…monkeys, waterfall-climbing cavefish, eagles, and beautiful coral. The bio-luminescent plankton was incredible. The food was delicious and fresh, and they were extremely accommodating for dietary restrictions. They ensured upon departure we were escorted to our proper can. We made Krathongs, floating flower offerings normally made once a year, and lit them in the cave, making a wish. If you are looking for an amazing adventure, this one was great!

Our guide was wonderful and the canoe trips through the caves were really beautiful, but the food was not the best and they make you pay for your own soft drinks, which seems unusual after paying $175 in US dollars for the day. Also they don’t tell you that you have to call the company to get picked up from your hotel.

A fabulous way to spend a day! Canoeing into the lagoons was a unique experience. Food was tasty and plentiful. We were well taken care of all day by the entire crew. The area is spectacular.

This is my second time and we enjoyed it so much. The food was very good, the staff was super nice and the canoe portion was awesome. The top thing to do in Phuket and with John Gyey. Don’t be cramped in a speedboat with40 people when you can travel in comfort and eat and drink on the water. Highly recommended.

John Gray’s sea canoe was an amazing experience. We had an awesome time, the views from the boat were spectacular, paddling through beautiful caves to secret lagoons inside. The food and the staff were fantastic, shoutout to Term thanks for a great time! The most exciting part was going in the cave at night to see the glowing plankton. Highly recommend.

Our canoe guide Batt was really knowledgeable and kind when taking us through the caves. We felt safe and well looked after. The boat trip to the islands was great, the food on board was excellent and vegetarians well catered for, however it would have been nice to have actually been able to go onto the beach area around James Bond island. The transfer could have been better, it took two hours to get from our hotel when it should have been half the time, it felt like the driver went the wrong way as it took under an hour on the return journey.

Top notch tour
Great thai food which is simple and good.
You get your own canoe captain per two people which more than makes up for premium pricing and makes it family friendly.
Staff very friendly and helpful and plans stops to avoid crowds and let you enjoy the experience

We hesitated a lot as the trip was not so cheap comparing to other tour. But it was good choice to take this trip. My mum in her late 70s was so happy with the trip. I highly recommend this trip to senior citizens.

Everything was perfect. The organization, the team, the food, and the activities ! The rythm of the day was great. We had time to enjoy the view, time to relax and discuss with people, time to swim or paddle the canoe, time to discover an amazing nature !
Canoeing in the caves was awsome; the guide knew a lot and was eager to share his knowledge.
The staff was very professional and they all did the maximum so the people feel comfortable and enjoy themselves in a very good ambiance ( there was a lot of laughing).
The food was delicious and there was enough for everybody.
At the end of the day, the making of the Krathong and the lighting of the candles and incense sticks in the cave was a beautiful way of ending this experience.
Next time I'm in Phuket I will do it again !

Cloudy day didn’t stop us enjoying our trip. We were so blessed to go with John Gary’s amazing and passionate crew and tour guides. The caves and lagoons were beautiful, the food were good.

The whole experience was intense! My wife and I loved the experience going into all 4 caves! The scenery was breathtaking! And we were able to get photos and videos of the indigenous wildlife. We saw a monitor lizard, mudskippers, a hornbill and bats! All with photos and videos. Watch out for "Scooby-Doo" at the last lagoon!
We would also like to thank our canoe paddler and and guide, Son!
