Raboom was my tour guide and he was absolutely amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, fun and friendly! He absolutely made the experience so much better! This was my 2nd tour with this company on this trip and both were so amazing. I highly recommend them for both solo and group travel. The lily pads and temples were stunning! Raboom informed me there is a significant wait time to take a professional pic at the Ma Doo Bua cafe directly so booking with them cut that wait time by several hours.

Easy tour, 3 beautiful temples (all different) and a photo stop at the gigantic water lilies. Something I would usually totally refuse to do but the guys know their job and the pics turned out amazing! Lita is an awesome guide with lots of knowledge and Charme.

If I could rate zero I would. Donât waste your money!
When the lift arrived he only had 2 people that he thought he was picking up and it was 4, we all squeezed into the car and once the guide got it they folded down seats in the boot. We left 30 minutes before schedule to beat the traffic but once we arrived we were left waiting hours. The guide tried her best and got us breakfast but then said letâs go and see a temple first. We did that then came back to the lillies and was left waiting again a very long time. The electrics then went and we had already been waiting hours and it meant we would have to wait more hours. This then caused us to not have photo shoot with Lillieâs we then went to another temple. The guide gave us money for the photo shoot which was 2600 baht between 4 of us.. we had paid ÂŁ136 uk pound for this trip so basically paid ÂŁ136 each to see 2 temples when it advertised for 3, we didnât do lillies and the âgesture of good willâ was the photo money. When we realised the cost of the photo money we realised what a rip off the entire trip is. I would not recommend this to anyone - if you want to do it, do it yourself and not through this tour.

The vehicle provided was a 7-seater SUV, which is normally comfortable for up to 4 guests. The seats in the back can be folded for luggage, but the vehicle is designed to comfortably fit 4 passengers, so you were not placed in a smaller car than what you booked.
â˘â â About the long wait at Ma Doo Bua CafĂŠ:
The power outage at the cafĂŠ was completely beyond our control. Because the cafĂŠ could not operate the drone photoshoot, we immediately refunded the full photography fee. Our guide stayed with you and tried her best to make the wait more comfortable.
â˘â â Visit to the temples:
After reviewing the situation, our guide was still planning to take you to all the temples included in the itinerary. However, due to the extended delays at the cafĂŠ and your upcoming tour at 2 PM, the group decided not to continue to every stop.
â˘â â Regarding the tour price:
The tour cost covers more than just tickets â it includes a private guide, private vehicle, fuel, insurance, and the full support of our operations team as a licensed tour operator.
We genuinely care about each guestâs experience and always try our very best to deliver memorable and enjoyable tours. Itâs unfortunate that unexpected circumstances disrupted your day, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

The water Lilly experience was a good morning spent, our tour guide Anny was fantastic very knowledgable and very friendly. Made sure our drone pics were not rushed and we have some great memories from the day. We went on to theee separate temples as Anny was very good at explaining the tradition of the monks. This was the best experience ever! Our Tour guide Bessica really made our entire stay in Phuket special. We got the best photos and enjoyed every moment. Bessica went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was tailored to what we wanted. Bessica gave us historical information, but also we had so much fun! We enjoyed a fun day. Aom was our tour guide and my family really enjoyed the trip. We started early and visited a temple before heading to the water lilies, which we arrived at 8:40. The restaurant opens at 9. The queue for photos already started prior to 9 and the first drone pictures start at 9:30. We were in the queue until 10:20. You can get coffee, breakfast or lunch if you wish, while waiting. We saw many more people arrive after our tour. We also visited two more temples. Our family appreciated getting the photos and spending our morning with Aom.

Very inconsiderate tour company,On the day of our travels we encountered delayed and misconnection flights coming from the US, contacted the company let them know weâre not gonna make tour because our flight situation mind you this was like the day before the tour but they refused to reschedule our tour so we end up losing over $300.

However, weâd like to clarify that we did not refuse to reschedule your tour. In fact, after receiving your message the day before the tour, we promptly responded to let you know that rescheduling was possible. While our standard policy for rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour date is to rebook at full price, we made an exception and offered you the option to reschedule for 50% off instead.
Unfortunately, we did not receive any confirmation or response from you after our multiple follow-up messages. Since there was no final confirmation from your side, and in line with our procedure, our guide still went to your hotel and waited for an hour. However, there was no guest under your name registered at the hotel details you had provided us.
We always aim to be as accommodating as possible, and we tried our best to assist with your situation. We regret that we were not able to reschedule your tour due to the lack of response.
We always strive to be flexible and fair within the limits of our policies, and we did our best to accommodate your situation. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Aom was an excellent tour guide. She did a great job teaching us about each temple and the culture of Phuket in general. She was also very welcoming and easy to talk to. She made sure we had the best pictures as well! I especially loved the water Lillieâs; super pretty!! And glad Aom asked us if we wanted to start early because it helped us avoid the crowds and traffic! She also recommended the Pearl company which was not on the tour but we appreciated going to see how they are made and even left with some souvenirs for ourselves! :)

I can say after 118 countries I have visited in 30 years, this was the worst tour I have ever taken. It was a real rip-off. We were a group of 4 and paid $552. We were supposed to go first thing in the morning to do some photography before it got too hot and then go see the temples. When we got there, we found out that we had to pay about $45 extra for the video because our leader said she could only pay 2000 baht, which is about $60 in credit for the four of us, and I had to pay the rest myself. Also she said there are 11 people in line before us for the photo and it won't be our turn until 11:30, so we better go see the temples first. Three small local temples, each of which took no more than 5 minutes, and we finally returned at 11:00 to take photos and waited in the hot weather until 12:30. Why did I pay $600 for $105 photo shoots and 3 small free temples ?????

All details and inclusions are clearly listed on our website where you can review in advance before making a booking. We always encourage our guests to go through the information provided so they know exactly what to expect. In this particular tour, the package includes DRONE PICTURES only, as stated, and does not include drone videos. Any additional servicesâsuch as drone videoâare optional add-ons provided directly by the photo team at the location and would be at your own expense. In this case, your group chose to add the video option, which is why there was an extra charge. This is not something we profit from and was entirely at your discretion.
Regarding the visit to CafĂŠ Lily for the flying dress photo shoot, the queue system at the entrance is operated on a first-come, first-served basis by the venue itself. As such, we unfortunately have no control over waiting times or crowd levels. To make the best use of time and ensure you still had a complete experience during this half-day tour, our guide suggested visiting the three temples first while waiting for your photo session slot.
As for the temple visits, the itinerary was also clearly outlined prior to booking and includes:
* Wat Phra Thong â Known for its unique half-buried golden Buddha statue
* Wat Phra Nang Sang â The oldest temple in Phuket
* Wat Sri Sunthon â Home to a massive golden reclining Buddha
We understand that each guest may have different expectations and preferences, and we regret that this particular experience didnât align with yours. Nonetheless, we always strive to offer a balanced and well-structured itinerary, and our team did their best within the circumstances to ensure a meaningful and memorable experience.

If I could give Nadcha ( my amazing tour guide) 10 stars I would. She made this experience unforgettable. Her attention to detail, kindness, willingness to help and knowledge made this tour one for the books. Natty was our wonderful guide for the day and she made everything smooth and easy. From making sure we got a good spot for our pics and not wait too long, to giving us great tips on taking pics/videos on our own phones. Hnoo was an excellent tour guide! He made one of my bucket list activities go so smoothly. My pictures and video turned out great and I couldn't have been more pleased. Afterwards, we toured some beautiful temples. I enjoyed learning about the Buddhist culture.

I felt the temples in Phuket were quite interesting compared with all the glamourous ones in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Plus the photo shoot at the Water Lilies was a lot of fun.
