Juan Carlos was amazing driver and lots of knowledge about the area! I had an amazing time. The drive is very scenic and one in Rhonda after being handed off to my tour guide I learned so much about Rhonda’s history. I had a wonderful experience on this private customized Phuket tour. My driver, Dol, arrived right on time and was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire day. He shared great recommendations for restaurants, resorts, and places to visit around the island, which I really appreciated.
Dol was an excellent driver and even helped point out some of the best photo spots along the way. He made sure I always had water and was very attentive to make sure I was comfortable.
What I loved most about this tour was the flexibility. I was able to go exactly where I wanted and spend as much time as I liked at each stop without ever feeling rushed.
I would definitely recommend this private customized tour to anyone visiting Phuket.

This was a great experience with Rita, our driver. Unlike taking a regular tour, you get to pick your adventure and see what you want. We were able to stay as long as we wanted and add detours at things along the way. You also weren’t forced to stop at there gift shops to spend a good chunk of your time you paid for. Best way to see the island.

Our driver for the 6hrs was Chatana Kaewjinda. He was absolutely superb and his English was great. He was friendly and professional. We learnt a lot from him and thoroughly enjoyed our sightseeing and experiences he suggested. He even took us to a place where we bought a Mootkata (absolutely delighted..haha). Salah is a great driver with a large SUV. I asked him if he could be my driver for the next 2 days and he did. He took me wherever I wanted to go and waited for me. Very good find.

Fabulous experience. Great comms from the driver before hand very punctual too. Azi spoke good English and was informative throughout trip. Mini van was in excellent condition condition. Booked 6 hour trip but there was flexibility to increase time as we went.

We booked the 4 hour private taxi tour, the driver RC was so helpful and polite. He advised the best things to see in the time we had.
We visited Old Phuket town and the 5 Chalong Temples, culminating in a lunch at a local restaurant.

We had a set itinerary for the day. Ahmed our driver for the day was a wonderful person. He took us to all the places we had to visit. He offered us cut fruits and oranges and plenty of water was available on board. Will recommend.

You need to know what you want and don't want to see.
Our driver Tan was brilliant in suggesting things we may like and accepting we didnt want to do some other bits.
Car was spotless and very comfortable.
4 hours not enough - book 6 or 8 is my advice

Driver was nice and prompt for pick up however was very vague about where we were going . We assumed he would take the route as outlined on the app but it felt like he was waiting for us to tell him . His English Language was very limited which made communications difficult. We remembered the big Buddha was on the itinerary and asked for him to take us there . After the Big Buddha ( sadly it was closed due to the landslide ) , he took us to a honey place which was not on the itinerary , pleasant enough but strong sell to purchase their goods . We were dropped off at a temple for a look around . .We then asked about visiting Old town which was worth a trip . We were expecting seeing the beaches so we could get an idea where we would like to go the next few days but all he did was drive us to Karon beach which was where we were staying . All in all, the trip was fine , just want what we were expecting .

For city tours, our drivers are expected to follow the itinerary shown on the booking unless guests request changes, and they should clearly explain the route and planned stops. We regret that this was not handled properly in your case.
Regarding the visit to the honey shop, we understand your disappointment as this was not part of the expected itinerary and felt like a strong sales stop. This is valuable feedback, and we will review this internally to ensure tour routes are aligned with what guests book and expect.
We also apologize that beach viewpoints and areas were limited, especially as you were hoping to explore different beaches to plan your next days. While the Big Buddha closure was unfortunately beyond our control due to safety reasons, the overall flow of the tour should have been better managed to maximize your sightseeing experience.

Our driver spoke English very well. He was funny and informative. He was better than some of the tour guides we had although he is not an official tour guide. We did not have a set itinerary but the driver asked us what we wanted to see. He recommended an itinerary that was perfort for our needs. The custom van was large enough for 9 passengers and was decked out with lights and sound system. It was only 2 of us on the trip so we had a very comfortable ride.

This was an excellent tour. The tour drive spoke good English and she was a very good driver. We left to choose where should go. We had multiple opportunities to take photographs. The tour was a private tour so no hanging around waiting on other people. We were picked up at our hotel of time and dropped off at our hotel after the trip. This tour is highly recommended.

The driver was very nice and the van top-notch, but this is only practical for large groups because they are only offering you a ride. You come up with your own itinerary and they drop you off.
Unfortunately, everything I wanted to see was closed or too far away for 4hrs because you will spend 2hrs in traffic.
Disappointed, after an hour, I just had him drop us off in Old Town, where a Tuk Tuk driver offered to take us on a highlight tour for 1/4 of the price.
I was further disappointed when the 1st stop he took us to was the "Closed" Big Buddha with a parking lot full of tour vans.
Again, this is a good service for large groups, but for anyone else, you are better off taking a taxi.

Regarding the Big Buddha, we sincerely apologize for the frustration. Unfortunately, closures can sometimes change suddenly due to weather, safety, or local authority decisions, and tour vehicles may still be present despite access being restricted. Traffic conditions are also unpredictable and can significantly impact travel time, particularly during peak hours, which we regret affected your plans.
Your point about suitability for large groups is valid, and your feedback helps us better communicate what this service is (and is not) to future guests, so expectations are clearer from the start.

Had a great time with English-speaking driver who picked us up at hotel and drove us around to major tourist sites, had no problem dropping us off in Old Town for lunch when we told him we would find our own way home. Nice large air-conditioned van.

Booked a driver for 6 hours the evening before. It was raining heavily in Phuket so my planned beach day was off. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with my time, so I showed Mr Danny some notes I had made and he created the best itinerary. Danny was an excellent driver. Local to the Phuket area he also gave lots of insight into local traditions and history which was much appreciated. Thanks to Danny I sae much more of Phuket than originally planned. The rain didn’t stop us! Very much thankful to Danny for making a rainy day brilliant!

I plan my city tour to see all the icons of Phuket like Wat Chalong, Big Buddha, and Promthep Cape, etc. Along the way I talk with my driver/guide Tum about places I want to see and he drove my mom and I to see those places. I book the 6 hour tour and the whole tour was very fun, Tum was very helpful and very kind, he suggest some great places and didn't make us go to places we didn't want. He also gave some information about places we went to. We get to see almost all areas in Phuket because of the flexible time. Truly recommend to book this tour.
