- Group Rides are restricted to a maximum of 8 riders
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
- Should you arrive late for your beach ride we may be forced to reduce the duration of your beach ride so the following group is not impacted.
- Prior to leaving the stable, strong intermediate riders and advance riders must demonstrate an ability to independently control their horse
- Uncontrolled riding is NOT permitted
- We want you to enjoy your ride and your safety is very important to us
- We provide each rider with a safety equestrian helmet and riding boots
- Infant (under 3 years old) is free of charge (sit with parents, Total weight < 65 kg)
- Rider shall wear long pants
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

horses just about fell on the way down to the beach, wish that guides would have let us have more control over horses they held the rope all the time other then pictures.

I booked and paid for 530 sunset tour, money was taken. Confirmation email and tickets. Then got an email the next day saying they over booked and needed to go at 4. Turned up at 350, got on horses 600-630, half the time and no refund!!!! Terrible

Ok experience but not at this price! You are lead and slowly walked up and down a small beach and that's it. No riding, no dip in the sea, just a slow walk. The location is beautiful, sunset beautiful, horses beautiful. Experience rather flat and we're left feeling... is that it! Nice experience for totally novice riders or children at a better price of no more than £10-£15 each maximum.

I booked online with my husband for the two of us and after booking the reservation received an email that said we needed to confirm our weight and that if we were over a certain weight we oculd not ride and we would not receive a refund. I had not seen this info prior to booking. My husband is 6'1" tall and was therefore over the weight limit so we had to forfeit his ride. Although the weight limit is specified in the info, there is so much info and it is in the middle of a lot of advertisements so it is easy to miss. I am a very detailed person and read all of the fine print so for me to miss this is very unusual. There should be a box you check that says you have understood the weight limits before you can finalize the sale. I was quite unhappy about this. Otherwise, the horse was kind, the guide was very good and I loved riding on the beach and would do it again with them.

Don’t do it. Once I saw how they were treating these horses, I refused to ride. They were tied up to a tree in the back of a concrete parking lot so tight they couldn’t put their heads down, they put the saddles on so tight to the point where their skin was folding under the straps and the horses were clearly uncomfortable and in pain, claiming it’s for “your safety”. One of them had a massive bruise on his back (I’ve never seen a horse bruised like that before), they were limping across the pavement due to having no shoes. The pain in their eyes broke my heart. They were forcing them to drink water by sticking the hose into their mouth, their bits were clearly bothering them, they were cruelly dragging them along the beach which was dirty and covered with trash. The poor animals have clearly been beaten into submission, and had an appendage removed to make them more submissive. It’s cruel and unusual and inhumane. Until they start treating these horses like living beings, like animals that have feelings and needs - no one should use this service. Shame on you all.

Poor timing, the ride was advertised as "sunset" but left too early and we were back way before the sun actually set.
There was no "safety briefing" or equipment, the guide didnt introduce himself or the horse and just told us me to get on. Horse didn't really want to go but was dragged along anyway.
The ride was only on a leed and right along the most populated part of the beach... it felt a bit like we were a circus attraction for everyone else to stare at, with kids running up to us and stopping us (and curiosity is fine, except the resulting experience for the rider is very different from the advertised activity). The entire ride was almost clinical, just something to get over with as quickly as possible.
At least the horses seem healthy and clearly have trust in their guides, they were easily calmed when something spooked them. And technically it is a ride along the shore as advertised, so if a quick and impersonal photo opportunity is what you're looking for, this it. Anything beyond, stay away.
