Bad experience all and all

Unsafe and badly managed. Would not recommend. We were first-time jet ski riders and the experience felt rushed from start to finish. Staff repeatedly pressured us to go faster even after we made it clear we were beginners. One of our friends fell into the water, and later my friend and I lost sight of the group in the middle of the sea because the guides had moved far ahead. During the photography session, we were not properly briefed on handling the jet ski, which resulted in it capsizing. The staff’s response was rude and unprofessional. I also ended up with a painful muscle strain after one of the staff drove the jet ski very aggressively. Overall, this did not feel beginner-friendly, well supervised, or safety-focused. I would strongly recommend choosing a more professional operator.

Our guides are also present throughout the tour to assist and ensure safety. Jet ski breakdown

My friends and I were so excited about this jet ski tour. We had a couple other tours we booked through viator and had a amazing experience. Unfortunately this one was more of a horror story. First we booked the morning tour. They text us the day before sayings the morning is full and they would have to either refund or put us in the afternoon spot. We took the afternoon spot. Told to arrive at 1:15 Pm, we arrive 1:00 and checked in, the tour didn’t leave until 2:30. Then they double us up on a jet ski in a group of about 15-20 people and one tour guide in the front. Guide leaves with everyone following behind him and starts going 30+ mph. Within a minute or 2 my jet ski starts tipping over and we’re falling into the sea every time a wave hits. Our jet ski was taking on water and we were very scared. Our tour guide has left us in the ocean and was with the main group and didn’t realize we were even gone. We could only go about 10 mph without the jet ski tipping. With the group and the tour guide gone, we saw a island and decided to go for shelter there. It took us 20 minutes to get there. Luckily it was the island our tour went to. We informed the tour guide we were upset we had been left in the sea and our jet ski is broken. He didn’t understand English very well, and said “ no it’s fine”. Over and over. We finally told him we will not ride that jet ski and need it traded for one that isn’t taking in water. The jet ski was underwater to our ankles. They didn’t have another jet ski at that island. So we ended up having to get a charter boat back to shore. Was a very scary experience. I DO NOT recommend this tour.
