Extremely disappointed with the Luxe Island Seafood Cruise experience. I booked two tickets to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but the tour was canceled at the last minute due to weather conditions. It’s unacceptable considering that weather forecasts are available well in advance. The lack of timely communication ruined our plans, and we are still waiting for a refund. Very poor management and customer service.
