Amazing experience lots to see and so much fun feels like it doesn’t go for long enough. Make sure you take a handlebar mount for an action camera

We drove a hour and half to get there and it was not worth the travel. I had more adrenaline rush on the drive back than on the guided tour, very rushed tour not a great experience if you like adrenaline. It’s a very slow tour that you don’t go over 30/35kph

Not worth the travel hour and half time with how far away this is from Perth , overall very boring no adrenaline whatsoever , you are going extremely slow on the quads with the vast majority doing 20km/h ish or under with maybe one or two spots with you can get over 30 have had much better experiences and fun from other places

Overall we have a great experience, however, the facilities and equipments were let it down, all the helmets are broken and very dirty and smelly.

Viator/ Tripadvisor misleading pricing. Groups too big.

MISLEADING PRICING Don’t buy from Viator/ Tripadvisor. They put the price with a dollar sign ($) and advertise it as the “lowest price guarantee”, however once purchased, the amount charged from your credit card is in American dollars; dodgy and dishonest. It’s cheaper to buy direct from the service provider. Regarding the ride, the group was too big (around 25 vehicles). They put solo bikes, double bikes, buggies and smaller bikes all together in one group which makes it very hard to coordinate and control everyone with some people getting lost and holding up the remainder of the group. They should try using smaller groups.

Be sure to book through perthquad directly using their website. Don't use third party services since the listing was poorly advertised as it showed use of both buggies and quads and then booked us for quads when we wanted the buggies. Disappointed but still had fun

We had a 10am booking and they had over booked. We had to wait 90 minutes or go and do sand boarding. The experience was still good once it started. Take water and there are no toilets.

They didn’t even show up. We drove over 2 hours and they didn’t show up, no call no email nothing. When I requested a refund they honoured it but said that they didn’t let us know the tour was cancelled because they lost their phones in the dunes.
