Even though the guide was knowledgeable and interesting, too many people on the path and the slow pace made this activity less enjoyable. The bike provided however was very comfortable and in good condition.

Beautiful cycle ride on great traffic-free cycle paths. Mariette our guide was great, took us at exactly the right pace and gave excellent details along the route. Over-ran the expected time because we all chatted so much! Good to have choice of electric or standard bikes.

Perfectly located and slick operation. Our guide was really personable and shared his obvious passion for the city at multiple stops. Helped us orientate ourselves to the city and suggested more places to explore.

The bike was in good shape and it was a nice distance and speed. The falls were lovely. I wouldn't say that it was a comprehensive tour of Ottawa landmarks. It was a nice guided bike trip out to the falls and back, with a good look at the canal system.

Hello Patricia, Due to the potential for smoke and smog from the wildfires, the decision was made to stay on a slightly different loop from the usual full Landmarks tour with the waterfall as a point of interest in addition to the Rideau Canal and the attractions such as Landsdown and TD Place, Dow's Lake and the arboretum included on the tour. Our regular tour route, when not planning for contingencies, includes a more comprehensive suite of landmarks in the city. Fingers crossed we will not have more smoke as a concern in the coming days and weeks.

Great way to see the city. Allison was knowledgeable and fun and it was a decent 15km work-out. Bikes were good and I think you can even ask for an e-bike

Lovely day to tour the waterway trails on our 200km free of traffic. Ebikes available for an extra $20. The Momentum LaFree is very comfortable with wide tires and saddle. Plenty of power assist from the Yamaha motor.
