All were good and excited It was nice knowing the history and how rich Canada s back ground. People who sacrificed their life to establish this richness are great. Their sacrifice worth it. I believe every citizen should contribute to retain the history any glamour of Ottawa. But sad part to see lot of homeless people and their condition

We had just arrived in Ottawa & were looking forward to learning about the highlights of the city. Advertised as 1.5 hour tour was a very rushed 1 hour tour.
The tour guide spoke so fast ( in French & English) several of us missed a lot of what he was saying. He was loud enough but his rapid speaking was often incomprehensible.
A disappointment for sure because we count on hop on hop off tours to enhance our trip.
We would recommend hop on hop off city tours but with a different guide.

We were unable to ride since we could not find any parking. We spent close to a hour looking and nothing was available. It may have been because of set up for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. You are better off getting a cab to the stop and parking away from the capital

The weather was perfect 👌 👍 🥰. Windy, cooler Temps. First time visiting Ottawa, beautiful scenery all around.
The only complaint I have is not taking the time to take pictures of the locations, the bus driver was driving way too fast!!!! That's not good customer service for tourists. The guide was awesome, very detailed.

Hop on-off or stay-on bus ride. We chose to stay on the upper deck for the full route. The drive and tour guide were good! We would prefer less talk about pubs and parting and more information about the city.

Not good, bus drove so fast you couldn't see anything. Would not recommend. It was a rainy day with very few people, driver even said we were ahead of schedule.

Looking for a great way to "get to know" a city? The "Hop On/Hop Off" bus tours are perfect. This one in Ottawa was ideal. The driver navigated the one-way streets and the narrator pointed out highlights in English and French. We chose the Air Conditioned double decker vs the open top. We saw a number of places we'd like to visit after we finished the full bus circuit. Thanks so much for helping us to appreciate the city.

Be aware that the main rendezvous Ottawa launch point has no signage, no logo, nothing to say "Hop-On, Hop-Off" or "Viator". Only by asking at the "Grayline: Lady Diver" kiosk for directions did I discover this was the right place.
After that everything went great. I heartily applaud Sophie and Driver Ken for that initial loop of the sights of the capital city. The "A-Team"!
Later hopping-on a different bus, the guide was not so special. Sorry, but the "B-Team".
Ends up with a solid thumbs up!

The tour guide on the bus informed us of the wrong spot to wait to be picked up and we missed the last two buses of the day and had to walk 40 minutes back to our hotel!!!

This is a great tour to take as you can hop on and off along the way. The guide does a great job of showing and explaining things along the way. This is a definite plus. If you are stuck between the hop on hop off bus and the boat cruise up the canal. 100% take the bus tour as it shows and covers way more and is more bang for your buck
