Elena was amazing! She sat with us and explained the history of the cathedral. She took us down and back up in Patrick’s Well. It was well worth the money spent, and we would highly recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I took a similar tour 5 years ago that was excellent and when I saw our guide walk up to meet us, I recognized her right away! I was so happy to have her as our guide so our friends could learn the history of this beautiful city from the best! Emanuela knows so much about the city because she was born here! Great tour!

This was an excellent tour with an experienced and attentive guide. She was able to inform us on the history and was considerate with one of our team who had some mobility issues. Very nice, friendly guide with very good English. Arrived promptly at meeting point. Tour began well. Much information about the St. Patrick's well and all that area. Then we walked up the street towards the Cathedra, and some shops and architectural points of interest were pointed out along the way. At the cathedral the guide book was produced. I could have bought my own. After walking around inside, the tour was over. It was less than 2 hours. Very bad value for money and did not do justice to the beautiful city. Buy the guide book and do it yourself!

We loved our guide who gave us an informative tour and was also able to direct us to a great restaurant in this town. Our group turned out to be small so we really were able to ask questions and get special attention.

Ten stars! We learned more in 3 hours than I discerned in hours of reading. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia who also shared his observations on modern social and economic issues in a thoughtful and courteous fashion. Highly recommended for lovers of history, detail and social evolution. Well priced.

This was a fantastic tour - Alessandra was so knowledgeable, and able to impart her knowledge in a way which kept our two children involved. She was very accommodating to all the changes in start time which I had requested because our holiday plans kept changing, and when she met us in Assisi she was very switched on to the hours when certain churches would be closing so that we didn't miss them. Her knowledge had great depth - there was no question she couldn't answer. Also, she told lots of interesting facts about Italy generally. Her English was excellent, and I will be recommending her to a friend who runs educational tours in Italy from Australia. Thank you Ale!
