Pickup details
Arrival information: After passing through passport control, collect your baggage and proceed through customs. Then proceed directly to the EXIT, where, immediately outside the door, a representative will be awaiting you. The representative will be wearing a blue uniform with the EL Tours logo on it. The representative will also be holding a sign with the EL Tours logo on it. Once you have identified yourself to the representative you will be escorted to your transfer vehicle. Departure information: You will receive departure pick up confirmation when you are welcomed at the airport upon your arrival. During your vacation please contact EL Tours at least 24 hours prior to departure in order to reconfirm your departure transfer and pick up time at the hotel. We ask all guests to please plan to be at the lobby of your hotel at least fifteen minutes before transfer pick up time. When your transfer vehicle arrives at the hotel please identify yourself to the driver who will be wearing a blue EL Tours uniform.

Plane was late and there was no one there to pick us up. Had to wait a long time for some to show up and then he had to make a dozen phone calls then there were 3 people discussing the situation until one finally decided to take us to our hotel. I expected much better service.

They met us right away, and once everyone had their bags and joined us, we were led to the shuttle bus. They were efficient with loading the luggage so that luggage was available efficiently at each stop. We were dropped off at our hotels in a seemless manner. Would definitely recomend!

Very easy to book online and you get notified when you’re close to your travel date as a reminder. Make sure you include airline and flight number after you get your luggage look for blue shirt El Tour person. Your name will be with him and he has an IPad that he holds up with your name.

We had a great experience with EL Tours for our airport shuttle in Aruba. Communication through the Viator platform was excellent — I contacted EL Tours twice with questions, and both times they responded within just a few minutes.
The drivers were polite, professional, and punctual, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. Everything was smooth and well organized.
We will definitely use EL Tours again on our next trip to Aruba!

Great experience. An inexpensive option to get to and front of the airport. Just keep in mind that this is a shared transfer so you do make a few stops before getting to your resort or airport . A confirmation reminder email with instructions would be helpful guest.

We found the El Tours reps upon exiting AUA airport and they told us where to wait until the last few riders arrived. Overall it was a good experience with the driver, representatives at the airport exit, and the lady I spoke with over the phone to confirm arrival time before my flight. The only surprise was that we weren’t picked up in the big bus on the promo pictures but a 14 seater van. That wasn’t so bad though, I guess it was based on the amount of people who needed a transfer on the route at that time. Overall good experience. Considering I was originally planning to take Arubus this was a much faster and easier transmit from airport to hotel.

I had a wonderful experience with this transportation company during my trip to Aruba. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. When I arrived at the airport, my driver was waiting right outside with a clear sign showing my name — it made finding her incredibly easy after a long flight. She was warm, friendly, and welcoming, instantly setting a great tone for my stay.
The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, which was perfect for the island heat. Communication was excellent, and when it was time to return to the airport, pickup was right on time with the same level of professionalism and care.
I highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Aruba who wants a stress-free, reliable, and friendly airport transfer experience. I’ll definitely be booking with them again on my next trip!

Horrible. The person responsible for gathering passengers was a young girl hiding in a corner. We had to ask people to locate her.
The vehicle transferring us was not a marked bus with the company logo, instead we had to get to an old and dirty and smelly white van. It took everything in me to sit on those nasty seats!

My friends and I had an excellent experience with El Tour they available everytime we requested service and showed us around; but my most memorable experience will be when the driver drop us at our air bnb I left my traveling bag in the car, I realized 45 minutes later call the called the company. The bag was returned with all items inside even my passport. I will be using this company when I visited with my family in December

Our first leg of this experience was crazy. Leaving airport to hotel, the driver nearly got into several collisions with us. Speeding, texting on his phone and carelessly cutting in front of others who honked furiously at him. We went round those roundabouts on two wheels I’m pretty sure. Don’t member his name tall fair skin, medium built with shoulder length hair cut. They never picked us for 2nd leg to get back to airport had to pay a taxi & they refuse to refund me for it! Won’t be using this one ever again.
