The captain on the Boat John was a Great coach because I was nervous at first. It's really fun if you're going for that thrill rush. Water tubing is 100% recomendable. Enjoy!

Viator failed to register me with vendor for service though I had voucher vendor said they couldn't provide ride because my name wasn't on their list. Major inconvenience Viator customer service person was like oh well were just a portal for vendor.

I had to wait a while for transportation to my hotel. Driver never even said hello or helped with luggage. I was disappointed. I did not tip because of that.

There were some miss communication issues on transfer from airport to room but that was resolved. Transfer from room to airport was flawless. I would definitely use this shuttle service again. You can't beat the price.

What a great ending to a perfect trip. From the greetings getting onto the bus to making all the stops and loading up everyone’s luggage (nicely and respectfully). I will definitely be using the shuttle again on my return and highly recommend it 10 out of 10.

I personally called for the pick up time because my confirmation didn’t say anything. The driver showed up at the exact time I was told. So be on time for your ride. Driver called mine name when he arrived and we hopped on broad and drove off. Easy & seamless!
