This was a great tour. There is a weight limit for the horses but overall it was a good experience.

There were huge delay gaps in the staging of the various events. This was complicated by the tour host not allowing changes and giving no refunds. Within minutes of making the reservations, I realized they did not refund or allow changes. I had mistyped and entered 8 instead of 12 guests. When I attempted to add the other 4 they would not allow the change. I got the same result. Each event was good, except the ATV. We did not know the restrictions on the event. We were also unaware of the weight limit on the horses.

When visiting Jamaica, I knew we were limited on time and there was so much we wanted to see and do. My family and I wanted to hit the main attractions in the short amount of time that we were visiting, so we booked this excursion. It is a lot to do in one day, but it is worth it all in the end. Jerome our tour guide was very hospitable,nprofessional and caring.

Was a really great experience. Jerome was our trip guide and he was awesome. We had a great time with all the guides. My favorite was the ATVs with Jarrado and a few other guys but I can’t remember their name.

This was truly a fun filled day! We did horseback riding & ATV 1st. Then we were taken to a restaurant for lunch. From there we went to Dunn's River Falls & zip line (in which I wish I would have zip lined). It was well worth the money. All the guides were very patient & caring. I highly recommend this excursion as a must do!

Ziplining Lenny made me feel so comfortable he was funny and helpful. Dunn's River Mr.T Williams I will never forget his smile and sense of humor on the experience I enjoyed the knowledge of the climb..Atv riding was amazing the instructors are easy going even the first timers felt confident.. horseback riding I wasn't too thrill for but enjoyed the experience

My most memorable experience is the tour guides and the staff at each activity. They were very attentive and paid close attention to each person to avoid any type of distress. I loved every single thing and I did them all for the first time. Awesome experience and really NO WORRIES.

If u want a full day of fun choose thissss..!!!!! Everything was great with this package. You start off with the Ziplines, Dunns River, Horseback Riding then ATV.. All our tour guides were right there beside you just in case you needed help. 10/10 friendly staff.. we will be visiting again.

They picked us up follow what app email instructions for pick up. Our all day guide Jerome was terrific. first we went horseback riding through ocean. We are all new riders they made this experience safe and we felt confident afterwards. Then ATV nothing like the trill going through woods and on beach. Soaking wet and dirty by this time. Next Deep blue whole one of many in Jamaica with life vest. Got on 70ish Bob Marley no AC bus with open windows and fans perfect for dirty wet passengers listened to classic Reggae OTW lunch at Island Village Shops included. Jerk chicken rice and beans punch. Jerk chicken was good. Next stop Dunn River Fall. Medium intensity we all made it to the top you can get out after first two levels. I’m 55. My daughters in their 20’s. Next zip lines (3). Again safety was priority Bucket list check. More shopping as you exit falls remember nothing is free. Pay for items or tip. Different guides for every part of excursion tipping encouraged. We wore good quality water shoes the entire trip bikini and quick drying cloths encourage. There are opportunities to change between or after if you choose to. You will sleep very well that night.

All the 4 activities were more fun than I expected, really gives you some dopamine dose for a few hours that day. BE AWARE that at the falls you can but a waterproof cover for the phone at the entrance for $10 US dollars. Don't take anything else on you as you will get wet. Also, I would definitely NOT recommend you to buy the photographers photos at the falls for the crazy price of $40 USD, just use your phone. Also, I was very annoyed that for each activity there is an army of guides just hanging around and at the end they are all asking for tips without being more diplomat. That put a lot of stress on me, but the activities themselves were very fun.

Two of the people in our group didn’t get to do the horseback or zip lining tour and they are refusing to give us our money back. This is literally robbing us out of our money. We didn't know about the 230 lbs rule WE DID NOT TAKE THE TOUR. And you’re refusing to give us our money. Accusation#1
* We did not know about the 230 lbs weight restriction.
Response:
It is your responsibility to read the information provided in the tour description product before making the reservation.
The weight restriction of 230 lbs is clearly written in the additional information section of the tour description addressing all the restrictions: the 230 lbs weight limit restriction, wheelchair accessibility, pregnant participants, participants with back problems and major illnesses, as well an advisory that all participants must have a valid driver's license for the ATV portion of your experience.
Additionally, at the attraction, you were also provided with a waiver form that also stated all restrictions included the 230 lbs weight restrictions which you and your group members reviewed and signed. Please refer to your copy of the waiver.
Accusation#2
*Two of the people in our group didn’t get to do the horseback or zip lining tour and they are refusing to give us our money back.
Response:
Your request for a refund was denied by the attraction
because of the weight restrictions stated in both the website's product information section and on the waiver.
We requested a courtesy refund on your behalf and that was denied. Refunds are entirely at the discretion of the attraction.
Additionally, the attraction has notified us that there was only one notation on your reservation at the attraction which identified 1 participant with the initials N.R, and stated the guest was overweight and is unable to participate in the zipline portion of the tour as the harness can not fit.
Accusation#3
*They lied and said all we had to do was call and they will refund us but now they are refusing to.

The Attraction has advised us that no such communication was offered to you and there is no record or proof of such communication in their system.
Recommendation:
Next time please read the details of your trip and if you are in doubt communicate and get clarification before you make your payment
We would however like to set the record straight. Our company is a fully licensed and reputable Tour Operator, with a proud tradition of treating all our customers fairly. We take offense to your malicious accusation that your booked excursion is a scam and categorically reject your assertion.

I didn’t get to do the horseback tour me or my husband and they are refusing to give us our money back. This is literally robbing us out of our money. Our #1 priority is for all our customers to enjoy their experience in the safest possible way. It is unfortunate that you have chosen to write this review before a resolution was given, but we do understand that customers can be apprehensive and anxious for a resolution despite the facts.
Unfortunately, some activities have limitations to protect customers and the animals, in this case, the horses and therefore a weight limit is set which is clearly displayed on the tour for all customer to see before you choose to book and also in a waiver you would have to sign at the attraction. We also know customers sometimes deliberately ignore these limitations hoping it would not apply to them at the last minute, clearly at this point the attraction has all right to ensure safety for all as required by law for which we have no control.
Your request for a refund was brought to our attention by a Trip Advisor agent as you made the booking through Viator. It was communicated to the agent we will investigate with the attraction and provide a resolution as soon as this process is completed.
A refund at this point is at the discretion of the attraction and until they provide a reply we are unable to provide a confirmation. Of course, should a favorable response be provided by the attraction, the appropriate refund would be extended to the customer.
