Add a coasteering adventure to your Newquay trip with this half-day experience on the Cornish coast. Sessions run year-round, with winter bookings available on weekends. After a short walk from Fistral Beach, you’ll try cliff jumping, climbing, and swimming—all under expert lifeguard supervision. A good swimming ability and a bit of confidence is all that’s required.

Our leader was fun, knowledgeable and flexible enough to accommodate all abilities, whilst ensuring we challenged ourselves. I loved the caves and the fact that I jumped off a 20ft rock. It’s an exciting way to experience the coast!

When we arrived no one was there nothing organised the changing room was neglected no toilets no showers the event should of started at 11am .. it only started at 12:00 because nothing was organised properly
Booked for 3 h we done 1h and 30 minutes coasteering as we gave up close to the end rough water really hard to swim even for the experts
We did love the experience just wish there was toilets and more organisation

Great group activity! Nick and Tony are excellent guides and very helpful. Lots of interesting and accessible climbs and jumps. Provided all equipment in great condition. Great way to explore the coast!

Had a great time coasteering in Newquay with our guide Nick who was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel safe throughout and also made us laugh a lot. Started the day by getting geared up and then made our way to the start point where we belly flopped into the sea. We then swam over towards some small jumps and Nick showed us the basics for jumping safely. As the day progressed we also climbed onto cliff ledges and made our way round trying not to fall into the sea. We then found higher spots to jump from all the way up to the final spot which was around 40 foot. The feeling was amazing as you plunged into the sea beneath and we cannot recommend highly enough, will definitely be back in the future. Nick then sent us our photos and videos from his GoPro which is great to look back on a have a giggle.

What a fantastic experience as a family, 1 dad and 2 teenage girls. Our guide was fantastic, really really fun, encouraged the girls to do bigger jumps than I thought they would, really knowledgeable and felt safe all the way through.
Would thoroughly recommend this activity while you're in Newquay

Had an amazing day today Coasteering with our guides Nick and Paul who were fab! Made us feel safe and had a lot of fun. Exhausted by the end of it and they were very attentive to any medical problems e.g. my asthma carried an inhaler in a medicine bag. Couldn’t recommend enough!! Thank you Lads😁

Today was an Amazing day held by leader Nick, a great one at that !
Having a small group meant that we could get through the course fairly quick, leaving more time for the big jumps at the end which was great.
Nick was informative, assuring, and had a sense of humour which helped divert some of the groups nerves into excitement.
A definite revisit for the future !!

Nick made this experience so much fun! We would have done it again if we had time in our schedule. Directions were clear so we felt confident as we swam, climbed, jumped and repeated. No pressure to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Great time - highly recommend.

Great experience. Good value. Nick and Noah were brilliant guides taking us up a level at a time with the jumps.
Be prepared to have a slightly different time as this is normal because you are at the whim of the ocean.
