We enjoyed this cruise round the harbour. The staff gave an informative yet amazing commentary during the trip. The day we travelled the weather wasn’t brilliant but we enjoyed it so much so booked another longer trip a couple of days later. It was amazing and the weather was fantastic so much so we came back with sun tans so good we could have been abroad ( factor 50 used all the while). The staff are great and really earn their money

Fabulous tour of the harbour. Informative and witty commentary. Regardless of how warm it is on shore do take a light jacket or cardigan as it gets quite chilly at sea.

Boat trip cancelled ! Engineers were working on problem - Could have waited till 12.30 but no guarantee it would leave !

Ahoy, Apologies your trip was cancelled - unfortunately if we find a problem no matter how small we act on it as safety is our number 1 concern. We did run as scheduled from 12.30pm and guests were also given the opportunity to upgrade free of charge to our other cruises. I'm sorry the timings didn't fit in with your schedule but we take safety very seriously. Hope you can join us another time

The boating company was professional and welcoming, but I'm afraid Poole is an awful place full of deprivation that we couldn't wait to leave.
