Tom is a fantastic guide and we thoroughly enjoyed his tour and the mix of (so much!) information about the area and its cultural history, and humour. He balanced his commentary perfectly with music that reflected the areas we were driving through. The day seemed to fly by despite the long hours and distance covered (geographical and historic!). Thanks for a great introduction to Somerset, Wiltshire/Stonehenge music and Gloucestershire Tom! We will be back for more.

Our tour guide was the best ever. Very personable. We saw the beautiful little towns and had just the right amount of time, and the breaks were timed very well. 9 hours flew by.

Tom was the perfect guide for this day trip and shared not only many interesting facts along the way, but also a delightful playlist to complement the sights. His experience working at Stonehenge, knowledge of film, and family ties to the Cotswolds provided far more depth to the tour and made it all the more memorable.
This is a very adaptable and family friendly trip, but it is definitely a full day! We hope to come back again so we can spend more time in the area. One final note - make sure to try the Marshfield Farms ice cream, made at a local dairy - it's fabulous!

Our guide, Alex, was amazing! He was full of knowledge and very witty! The cotswolds are a must see! Just absolutely lovely!!

Great tour. Humor included! Alan was great. Loved the ease of getting into Stonehenge and all the Cotswald villages.

Very nice guide. Very informative and managed time well. Despite some circumstances out of our control, he was able to add the relevant time for our trip and cover all of the necessary sites to see. He was very thoughtful and very educated and very clear in how he spoke.

Perfect local knowledge, well timed music breaks connected to the scenery, driver was good ambassador for England and Rabbies. We would gladly take more tours with Barnie (:

The tour guide Tom is very knowledgeable and described the history of the places we passed very well. There was enough time at each stop to explore, and the villages were very charming.

James was an outstanding guide. Very thorough. Told us a lot about the areas as we drove through them. Felt safe with his driving. Communication was great.
Overall, would highly recommend.

We loved this tour! My daughter and I travel frequently and do a lot of tours. Barney was the best tour guide we have ever had on any tour we’ve been on in any country! He was knowledgeable and funny and very engaging and we just loved him. We wish we could have him on every tour we ever go on! The actual tour going to Stonehenge was fantastic. We did the Cotswolds as well and Avebury. So we saw a lot of things, never felt rushed and had a beautiful day. I wish we had time for another tour while we are in Bath. Highly highly highly recommend!

The tour was a lot of fun and the minibus was very comfortable. Our tour guide was funny and entertaining as well as very informative. The ride included music either local to or related in some way to the areas we were visiting, which really added to the experience. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic tour!!! Our tour guide Matt was very knowledgeable. It was perfect or our family of all ages (age 11-age 70).
Myra_A, Jul 2026
Great activity! Our guide Barney was very well informed and made the trip entertaining, loved the music he would play that coordinated with the area. He would talk about the place and drop us off to explore on our own.

Barney was a delightful tour guide offering humor and music to accompany his knowledgable commentary. I highly recommend downloading the audio commentary to accompany Stonehenge visit.
Crystal_S, Jun 2026
The tour guide was kind and helpful. Stonehenge was a big highlight for me. The Cotswolds were beautiful, but too much time on the tour was dedicates to this.
Stephanie_P, Jun 2026
Toured with Iggy who was great. Each stop was long enough that I didn't have to rush and the smaller bus meant we were able to get onto smaller roads in the Cotswolds.

10/10 would recommend. Despite the rainy weather, Euan made it very memorable. If you are not renting a car, this is the perfect day tour experience. You get to explore the Cotswolds area on your own with ample time while you get great tidbits of the area during the drive.
Euan was very professional, the drive was comfortable, I was able to take a quick nap while he wasn't talking. I do appreciate him trying to get to know everyone on the tour and break the ice in the beginning. My sister, brother-in-law, and I were able to chat with our fellow Canadians because of this.
Euan's banter was also very entertaining. Despite his preference in whether to spread jam or clotted cream first, if you get Euan as a guide, you'll be sure to have a great time.
PS. We compared both in Lacock, and it's 2 to 1 for jam first vs clotted cream debacle. This will forever tear our family apart (just kidding). Thanks for a great time, Euan!

Had a wonderful tour of Stonehenge and the Cotswalds with THE BEST tour guide Alan! While the scenery and locations were amazing themselves, Alan made it memorable. His, fun, witty humor, attentive nature, unique personality and immense knowledge are a treasure. If I'm ever back here, I won't tour with anyone else.

Esther was a super guide and van driver. She gave us great stories as we travelled. At each location, she gave us super advice to help us plan our stay.
John_L, Jun 2026
We were so fortunate to have Alan as a driver today. He was an incredible storyteller and genuinely nice man to have as a guide. I would absolutely book another tour because of our wonderful experience today.
Colleen_T, May 2026
Iggy was a fabulous guide. We enjoyed his stories, (historical and pop culture) his music playlist that added to the experience and his sense of humor. He gave us great tips as we wandered through each of the venues which were amazing and beautiful.

A full day’s tour that is evenly measured , time wise, and made so entertaining if you have Tom as your guide.
Tom loves his job and has perfected the art of providing a vast amount of information about this region . He knows exactly how much information to impart and delivers it with humour and great delivery.
The 16 seat , new, mini bus is comfortable and air conditioned. The windows are large and very clean.
Tom was always on time and where he said he would be.
Stonehenge and the Cotswold villages were great. Tom was amazing.
Ruth_N, May 2026
Our tour guide, Alan, was fabulous. He gave us multiple tips that enabled us to make the most of the experience. He was humorous, and we enjoyed the entire trip. We were able to see all the sites and because it was reasonably close to Bath it made it an easy day trip. I would recommend taking this tour to anyone interested in seeing Stonehenge and Avebury.
Jeffrey_M, May 2026
A great way to experience Stonehenge and the Cotswolds. Alan was great. He had several extra stories to tell us and even strayed from the path to show us extras.
GAIL_P, May 2026
Tom was knowledgeable and kind. He gave us lots of history and told us little stories along the way. He played music that correlated to our sights.
Kami_F, May 2026
What an amazing experience! First of all, Daniel was a very knowledgeable person in the history of the area and what a great driver on these very narrow one-vehicle roads in many places! I felt very safe and I learned a lot!
ShirleyArmstrong, May 2026
Our guide Barney was an absolute delight - very informative commentary along with a great sense of humour. Highly recommend this tour.
Thomas_B, May 2026
The guide was outstanding. He knew everyone’s name. It was a most memorable day. We enjoyed the villages and the rain.
Katie_M, May 2026
