We were a little skeptical about an afternoon ride to Stonehenge but we were so thankful we went. Our bus driver, Sally, kept us informed of what we were seeing along the way and what we were about to see when we arrived. It’s amazing! I highly recommend this tour.

Sally was a delight! She shared the perfect amount of insights to help guide our journey to Stonehenge. The monument itself was moving and worth a trip. I could have doubled my time at the henge since time flew by so fast. Could not give Sally more stars, wonderful.

Richard was a great driver and guide! It was pretty hot when we went (afternoon) but so worth the trip here. The view there and back is beautiful. The bus was extremely comfortable and plenty of space to keep your things.

Dan our driver was a careful driver, his commentary about Bath was really good. He was friendly, courteous and patient. He outlined what our tour would include and gave direction to the tour group as to timing of the day, how long we could spend at Stonehenge and meeting time to return to Bath.

The vehicle was quite comfortable and the trip was as described. I was especially pleased to be able to get within 20 yards of the site. I don't have many bucket list items but this is mow checked off.

Despite atrocious weather, we had a great time. Our driver and tour guide Dan, was very friendly and informative. He kept us updated with all of the information required for the tour to run smoothly. He commented on passing sites but did not talk excessively. I would recommend this half-day tour.

My first trip to Stonehenge was at age 16 when you could get up close to the stones and circle. It was so nice to travel back in a small group with Richard as our driver. He provided a good amount of information on the drive there, including sites like the White Horse, military base and villages that we passed through. He also shared some pictures, stories and jokes that were still funny even at 9 am. Prior to arrival he explained the best options for how to spend our two hours at site and to navigate between the really nice visitor center and the site. On the way back we took a different route back into Bath to see a few other sites before ending the tour. Well worth the money and highly recommend Richard our tour guide !

This was a wonderful half day trip. The transpiration was comfy and air conditioned, the driver, Dan, was knowledgeable and friendly, Stonehenge was incredible to see, and the rolling countryside was stunning to look at.

Tour guide was personable. He pointed out cultural and historic landmarks as he skillfully drove thru major and narrow roads from Bath to Stonehenge. Was an enjoyable and relaxing way to site see beautiful country side of Bath.

Scenic drive from Bath to Stonehenge takes about one hour. The lovely Sally, our driver and guide, pointed out points of interest along the way. We spent two hours at the stones. This time allows for a good leisurely walk around the stones. Beware of the cafe, it takes a REALLY LONG TIME to be served and the food is way overpriced and average

This is a round trip transportation from Bath to Stonehenge which is far away 70-80 min each way on a small coach 16 people. It’s not a tour because you visit Stonehenge and the museum and monument are there. Everything is fine but I think it’s pricey for just round trip transfer.

Thank you for leaving this thoughtful review. We believe we offer great value for money; we include the Stonehenge entrance fee and therefore have priority access into the site which maximises the two hours you have to discover Stonehenge and the visitor centre. Our guides do not accompany you around the monument as we find our guests like to explore at their own pace, but we do offer suggestions on how to best use your time, explain the layout of the site and give an introduction to the history of the monument, and of course we accompany everyone to the visitor centre to show you where everything is. The journey from Bath to Stonehenge is only 60 minutes, but we fill the time with commentary from our driver/guides who point out the many places of interest en route. From our reviews, we understand that our tour really appeals to independent travellers who like the ease of having transportation and entry tickets organised, but want to explore Stonehenge and everything it has to offer in their own time. Richard was a very good tour guide who gave insight into the history of the area on our way from Bath to Stonehenge. We especially appreciated that he arranged for the tickets and made a very good suggestion to see the stones before the visitor center. This was an excellent tour.

Great tour to a very popular site. Richard was a very friendly & professional driver who made everyone comfortable, was very knowledgeable, giving us info & tips for when we arrive and we had plenty of time at the site. We chose the afternoon tour on a Sunday and had perfect weather and wasn’t overcrowded.

Good distance between bath and Stonehenge compared to the longer travel time from London. Basically to see the stone structural engineering feat. Scenic route in this tour where a half day trip more than suffices.

Very good tour. You’ll be on a small bus for about an hour, but it goes through lovely countryside and villages. You have about two hours at Stonehenge to view the stones and some interesting exhibits. Definitely worth the time and money. Dan was an excellent guide.

I couldn’t find the guide. Tried calling for 10 minutes straight before my reservation, call went straight to voicemail every time. Messaged several times and never got a reply.

I am so sorry you missed the tour this afternoon.
Our driver tried to call you several times from the pick up point but was unable to reach you on the number provided in the booking.
We waited for an additional five minutes after the departure time, then made the difficult decision to leave as we do need to make our allocated Stonehenge arrival time and had other travellers on board to consider.
We, of course, responded to your email to offer you either a date change or a full refund, and have now issued the refund as requested.
With reference to your calls to us - our records indicate that you first made contact with us at 1.05pm. We assume this call was missed as the driver was on the phone to the office to explain the situation and to talk over the decision to leave without you. We have no note of any calls before the tour departure time. We tried to return the missed call immediately but once again the call could not connect.
Please accept our apologies for this missed call, we would of course have preferred to speak to you in person.
Please understand that we did try to contact you before the tour left. We are a small, family-run business and do everything we can to make our tours run as smoothly as possible. We apologise again for the disappointment you feel.
