Easy parking nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Good sized clean boat with plenty of seating. Snacks and drinks served onboard. Very good commentary along the cruise. One of the lady crew members on board our trip (unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she used to live in Guernsey!) was so friendly and sat with us for a while giving us some very interesting information about the cruise and the local area. All the crew were friendly and worked hard to give all the passengers a great experience.

Very busy when first departed, with standing room only for quite a few passengers, until drop offs started. It was a bit of a “bun fight” to take photos until the boat got quieter. The area was very beautiful and once seated the cruise was very comfortable.

This is a cruise only up the coast and return the same way. If you want to do a beach stop along the way and catch a later boat for return you have to arrange a different tour.

Even on a sunny day it can a bit chilly on the top deck. Very enjoyable experience , staff were all fabulous .

There was 0 communication from the cruise company about the name of the cruise or the exact location where the ship will be docked. We went around in circles and couldn't locate them. Tried calling but were sent to voicemail. We have demanded a refund but haven't recieved any updates from the team. Really bad experience overall and this needs to be managed better.

The description stated that people could get off and hike, however upon arrival we were told that wasn't what we signed up for. We were supposed to stay on the boat all day. Luckily the ticket agent was able to convert our tickets so that we had a drop off and pick up so we could hike. Boat was clean and nice, it did double as a water taxi, no amenities for guests unless you want to pay 5 NZD for a coffee. Staff were nice.

Great little boat trip.
Had a lovely chilled time however if you wanted to make it a bit more exciting you can get the boat to drop you off to do some hikes.
Crew were very friendly and provided us with blankets when it got a tad windy and cold.
Lovely way to spend a morning

Great crusie and get on off for walks if you want to... make sure you go on good day sea quite choppy during our day but still worth it

The vendor's description of this "excursion" on Viator is egregiously misleading. This isn't a nature cruise with live narration. It is quite literally a water taxi that shuttles hikers to different parts of the park. Neither was there any "live" commentary. There were a handful of recordings, but they were barely audible because the speakers were in such disrepair. Sad waste of time.

After endless sunny days, the day we went was cloudy and a little cooler. This did not in any way destroy our day. The trip along Abel Tasman National Park Coast was so beautiful. I have done many trips along the coast and into the park and it never disappoints.
