Overview
This quad bike adventure is an exciting way to tour the bush-clad terrain near Nelson. After being thoroughly briefed on how to use the bikes safely, travel along 8.5 miles (14 kilometers) of tracks. You’ll be treated to beautiful views across Cable Bay, and will make plenty of stops so your guide can tell you all about the area. This is a fun outing for families and friends traveling together.
- Only travelers above 16 years can drive the quad bikes solo
- The Bayview Circuit takes around 2.5 hours
- Cover more ground than you would hiking
- Transfers from central Nelson can be arranged if needed

Absolutely must do, was a great fun time for all. Guide was awesome both for his knowledge and the relaxed, friendly way he treated everyone, we had a couple of never riders and he got them comfortable in no time

A 2h 30min ride inside the forest, i really hope we can see more scenery. Thayla our instructor is very kind, clear in giving the instruction and attentive.

We had a wonderful ride and views were stunning!!! Weather was perfect in November! I will recommend face mask for dust. We had a lovely snacks and coffee break on top! Very friendly and fun staff! Would do it again!!

We had never been on quad bikes and Luke, our guide, knew that we might have a hard time uphill. So he switched our bikes to little jeeps which gave us more confidence. Really enjoyed the ride up and down the hill and thru the farmland! Also enjoyed the view of Cable Bay. Really great experience!

This is a good way to spend a few hours of the day in Nelson, the whole drive to the bayview circuit is fun and the views are incredible!
