I cannot recommend this tour enough! Our tour guide, Norm, was so insightful, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire time. He went above and beyond to have such a memorable experience. This was for my husband's 50th birthday and this tour was well worth our short trip to Tennessee.

We traveled from California to tour the Jack Daniel’s Distillery. We were met by Norman and Isabell. They picked us up On Time and welcomed us into a very nice shuttle van. We were impressed with the shuttle, as it has comfortable leather seats. Norman and Isabel were friendly, courteous, and professional. We were treated like royalty. They do an excellent job of keeping track of their customers so you don’t have to worry about getting left behind. This tour with them is highly RECOMMENDED.

This tour was excellent!!! Very highly recommended!!! Very personable and so much better than being in a large group. The video and verbal information that was given was wonderful and had a lot of insight into Jack Daniels and more!!! Enjoyed walking around Lynchburg, getting coffee and stopping at the Micro Distillery. Insight into the link between JD & Uncle Nearest was interesting. The tasting, bar & restaurant at UN was great . We didn’t feel rushed & enjoyed getting to know our hosts & fellow tourist. Would do it again and look forward to coming back to hike with Just In Time Adventures!!!!

Great communication when ordering the trip online as well as after ordering the trip. Pick up to drop off was just a pleasure w/Norm & Isabelle (tour operators). Just an all around great, informative & memorable tour. Got picked up at 7:15 & dropped off about 5, but it seems the day just flew by because the tour was soooo fun!
