Our flights were delayed to arrive the Narita Airport in Tokyo for about an hour. I was managed to contact Viator's help line through WhatSapp and the support desk in turn managed to relay the messages to the driver. The driver acknowledged and texted me back to wait for us at the airport until we arrived.

Tomo was great! We arrived @ NRT after a slight delay and he was still there waiting for us. We had some trouble finding each other at the arrivals terminal but totally not on Tomo! The car was clean and spacious. We were able to sit back and relax on the drive to the hotel. Would absolutely recommend if you are bringing luggage with you (traveling with large luggage on a train is not fun!) We would use this service again on future trips to Japan.

The trip was effortless, relaxing, and reassuring when we were stressed about transferring between the 2 Tokyo airports in enough time to make our flight. Our driver was so kind, spoke perfect English and took time to point out things and the history behind them on our ride. I’d recommend this over all other travel between the two airports to anyone and would take this as well if I was traveling to Tokyo for anything at all

Excellent communication before which calmed my nerves about arriving in a country with a family of 6 including little kids!
The immigration desk was absolutely busy and we had to spend close to 2 hours there but the cab kept waiting a didn’t complain even once. Thank you very much!
I would do this again. Finding a train and riding it late at night doesn’t seem to be a grey option - this is quite cheap and great!

The driver was excellent and very friendly but for what I paid for this trip, the van was old and dated. For $240 USD, I expected a nicer, newer vehicle (like what was shown on the website), not an old cloth seated van that looked like it had seen better days.
The taxi that I rented from another company to take me back to the airport was $100 USD cheaper and much nicer with all leather seating and a new model.
