We’re sorry for the misunderstanding. Our driver was arranged for the original booking date and tracked the flight provided in the reservation. The flight was neither cancelled nor delayed to the following day. As the request to change the transfer to the next day was made within 24 hours, we were unfortunately unable to rearrange the assigned vehicle and driver. The original service was provided according to the confirmed booking details and our cancellation/change policy. Thank you for your understanding.
