This safari was one of the best experiences in my life. I got extremely lucky, as I attended this trip during shoulder season (right at the tail end of rainy season), but we had perfect weather. I think this 2-day safari is absolutely perfect for those that are short on time and want to get the best bang for your buck. Harrison was our driver/guide and though he is a bit on the quiet side, he is very generous, very knowledgeable, really funny, and I felt safe the entire time. I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel accommodations - it’s not mentioned in the description, but we stayed one night at Amboseli Lodges which exceeded my expectations. There was a pool, the bungalows/cottages were beautiful, and lunch/dinner/breakfast were included. The only thing I found a bit odd about this lodge is that drinks (juices, bottled water, soft drinks) weren’t included, so be aware of that. There was also supposed to be a bonfire after dinner with the Maasai, but they never showed up at the hotel which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the spa services weren’t available during our stay. But for the actual safari - truly brilliant!! We saw an abundance of elephants, gazelles, mongooses, zebras, giraffes, birds, monkeys, and we even spotted a lion up close! We were also blessed to see the top of Mount Kilimanjaro during our morning game drive - and my oh my, it was out of this world. I would 100% recommend this tour for solo travelers, couples, and small families (less than 5 people). And be sure to pack light (a hiking backpack or very very small suitcase) as there isn’t much storage for more than than this.

It was so nice and reasonable tour. I choose tour with entrance fee, so smooth experience. Safari game drive was 2 times and 2-3hours each. It is enough time to see animals, I could watch Elephants, Buffalos, and Lions out of BIG5. Though lions are far, I could feel his/her dignity. Others were Hippopotamus, Hyenas, Ostrich, in addition to genaral animals like Zebra. Only the minus point was no hot water supply at my lodge... I asked reception to check and repair that. Mechanic person came and tried to repair it, but it didn't work finally. Hotel man arranged another room for the shower, however that room was also same condition.... I got one another room and I could finally take a shower with hot water. Although it was problem and inconvenience, I can say it was fine stay thanks to all hotel people's support. Totally I was satisfied with all arrangements of the tour. Thank you so much.

The Safari was great, and so was our guide Kevin. He was committed to showing us all that we wanted to see - even if that meant we were late to exit from the park! We saw cheetah, lions, a hyena, hippos, elephants, and many different kinds of birds. I would recommend carrying a mask and head covering as the park is dusty. If you have back issues, best to avoid this one as the roads are very bumpy.

We had a very good experience. We drow with Harrison as driver and guide. He knew a lot about the animals and knew where to spot them. He was very respectful towards the animals. He made our experience at Amboseli very special. We got to see big herds of elephants, chetaahs and lions hunting “pumba”. We would recommend this trip. It was 10/10!

This was an amazing experience. My party of 9 enjoyed the excursion. The hotel pick up was extremely prompt. The drivers were there at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and very patient. The drive was as comfortable as could be on very bumpy roads. The sleeping accommodations were way better than expected. The rooms were spacious and clean. We did our safari after a night of heavy rain. Our vehicle got stuck in the mud but it was probably the highlight of our trip. We had fun singing and dancing until some of the staff came to push the vehicle out. They also made accommodations to change up some parts of the trip to save us from having to take another long trip to the Maasai Village the next day. After the completion of our trip one of the driver, Jared, sent the most heartfelt thank you messages. He was truly appreciative of the tip and just had the most genuine heart.
