Driver never showed up. Had to get a refund, which was a hassle. Luckily, my hotel found us a local driver instead.

As a single woman coming into a strange city(Nairobi)late at night I had several concerns about using this unknown service. But Francis was great.He waited for over an hour and a half for my plane. When I finally got out Francis had a sign and a smile for me. Following a stranger to a car park made me cautious. He turned out to be a pleasant and helpful man.He knew exactly where the hotel was and only asked I mention him if I liked the service.I was very grateful to have everything work out so well.
