Stranded at Airport

We had a delay in our flight. I contacted viator and transportation company. Neither could help. The transportation never answered via call, email or text for 24hrs. When we arrived in Nairobi we did not have transportation to our airport. We contacted the hotel for assistance. Viator agent just replied over and over the operator is not responding. Viator could not assist us in obtaining another transportation company. I requested a refund with viator. I am not confident this will take place. Just pure chaos for the beginning of our trip.
