We had a great time feeding the giraffes and learning about the orphaned elephants. Our driver, Lucas, did a great job of communicating with us upon booking and then leading up to the trip. Lucas was also fabulous the day of the event, giving us a driving tour of Nairobi, and even went out of his way to show us some areas of the city that we were interested in seeing that were not specifically included in the tour. He was willing and able to answer all of our questions and was a really fabulous guide!

Not a good company - and they send guides that are late and sick

The guides showed up over an hour late in an old tiny beat up car. They were both extremely sick and of course a few days later I have caught it and it’s ruining the rest of my vacation. The guides clearly have never been to the giraffe center or elephant orphanage. They were confused about timing and tickets. We ended up missing half of the elephant orphanage experience because they didn’t understand what tickets to purchase. Not a good experience at all. They specialize in touring Kibera only.
