Great flexible tour, where you can do so much!

The tour operator was very flexible. Driver Jackson was educational & entertaining. You can choose how many hours you want to be in the tour. Our hotel was not amongst those listed, but the tour operator was very flexible and accommodating and made it happen. We were very grateful for that. The driver Jackson made sure we went to all the places listed and gave us a really good tour of Nairobi. He was very informative of the history, and his English was really good. The tour operator kept in constant contact with us prior to the tour, and made sure everything was fine, then checked in at the end of the tour. Jackson, our driver also took us to a very good local restaurant- as we requested that, and the food was delicious. At the national park, he did his best to ensure that we saw many different animals. All in all we were able to accomplish a lot in a short time, and had a great time. We never felt pressured. We learnt a lot about Nairobi and enjoyed this tour.

Very expensive for what it is. Not great value for money. The best part was the national park which we had to pay an addional £75, so all in all £500. Ease of use was good. Driver was friendly. Partner was also taken ill and we had to return to the airport a few hours early, tried to get a very small refund for the two hours but was declined

We had a full day layover in Nairobi so booked this to make the most of some of our time. We were aware that we would still have some time waiting at the airport before and after though. However, on seeing our flight times the company picked us up immediately from our inward flight and took us out all day, giving us additional hours for free. Nairobi National Park was brilliant for a morning trip, we saw a number of animals including zebra, giraffes and rhinos. Feeding giraffes at the Center was great. We also enjoyed driving through the slums as it gave us a real insight into Kenya. Our driver was friendly and accommodating. We felt safe all day.

Horrible experience. I would not recommend this tour company at all. The itinerary says 6 places/things you would do. I booked an 8 hour tour and was rushed through 2 of them then told we were stopping to eat, but I wasn’t even hungry. I ended up having to pay for the tour guides food. He sat there and played on his phone the whole time and then I asked her what’s next he said nothing that was only four hours into the tour. He said the city tour wasn’t included though it was on the description. He showed me the texts from the tour operator. The tour operator was not answering my texts or calls when I landed to answer my questions. I was dropped back off after only 5 hours and the tour company is refusing to answer me or refund my money. I highly recommend going directly with a tour company instead. I booked this tour a month and a half in advance and it said it included the elephant orphanage. When I asked about that two days before the tour, the tour operator said that that needed to be booked in advance and he did not do it so I was not able to go do that. I felt take advantage of as a solo female traveler. Do not book. There are better companies out there to book with.

Jackson was extremely nice and informative. He greeted us at the airport and then took us on a tour of the city. In just a few hours, we were able to see a lot of places, from the slums to a safari in Nairobi National Park. If you find yourself in Nairobi, this tour is an excellent option for a quick overview of the city and its surroundings. I highly recommend it!

Amazing introduction to Nairobi in 10 hours!

This is an amazing introduction to Nairobi. Jackson was a great tour guide who managed to combine a game drive, shopping trip, lunch, giraffe feeding, and city tour into a single amazing day. We opted for the longest version (10 hours) as we had a full day in the city. The pace was perfect from our 9am pick up at our hotel until the 7pm drop off at our departure terminal at the airport. If you have one day to see Nairobi this is the tour to take.

I booked the 4 hour tour and we visited the national park, giraffe center and city tour. Mr Jackson met me promptly at the airport. He is a pleasant guide, didnt rush me at any stop and was generous with his time. He kindly answered all my questions about Nairobi. The giraffe center is a relatively quick experience and so is the city tour (in comparison to the park visit). Most of the time you are in a vehicle. Something to consider if you are coming off a long flight.

What an incredible day! Jackson was wonderful; he picked me up at the airport and off we went for a fabulous day. The tour through Nairobi was educational and going to the giraffe center was a delight. The highlight was the game drive - we saw so many rhinos!! It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish and I can't thank Jackson enough!! Major hat tip to the company for their communication leading up to the day; Aqeel was in touch about the details and made sure that I was happy and comfortable at every step. I'd definitely recommend getting the eTA sorted before you arrive (easy to handle online) and booking this tour for your layover in Nairobi!

Great 5-hour tour

We had a great time, we had a overnight layover so we opted for the driver to pick my husband and I up at our hotel. Once picked up we went on a grand tour of Nairobi. The driver took us on a 5-hour tour which included seeing the sights of Nairobi, giraffe feeding, a safari and then a great recommendation to eat at Carnivore. We had a great time and was able to see so much of Nairobi. Thank you.

Great Layover Option!

Loved being able to take advantage of our 9 hour layover in Nairobi. Jackson was amazing!! A time was coordinated and he picked us from the airport and dropped us back off. We were able to go to the Giraffe Center and feed the giraffes. We got to tour the city from his vehicle, shop for souvenirs and drive around Nairobi National Park and see all kinds of animals! It was wonderful and I would recommend to others. - I suggest applying in advance for a eTA Visa. Turnaround is about 48 hours and costs about $37pp. (Traveled from NC, USA)

Magical few hours in Nairobi National Park!

There was a delay of about 30 mins as our driver had a breakdown but despite this we had the most incredible tour with Jackson. He was such a great guide and was full of fun and laughter. He knew exactly where to find all the animals in Nairobi National Park and made it a magical experience! The tour organisers were very helpful, always in contact and apologetic about the delay. Don't hesitate to book this layover experience!

Viator was outstanding to deal with. They put me in contact with Aqueel who helped me customize my experience so that we could celebrate my parents birthday's as we wanted. The entire day was fabulous and the driver was oustanding. Jackson provided a beautiful cake as arranged and the day couldn't be more perfect if we tried.

The Giraffe Center was the highlight. So much fun! Really enjoyed seeing the other animals and visiting the different neighborhoods of Nairobi. Our driver, Jackson, took very good care of us and was great to share the city with us.

I had a great afternoon with Jackson. He was knowledgable, friendly and great fun. He tailored my trip to exactly what I wanted to do. From the messages beforehand, to the pick up at the airport to dropping me back to my hotel, everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend them.
