- The maximum number of people that can fit in a van are 13 although it has been stated as 3 people.
- Each guest is allowed a maximum of 1 large suitcase. A maximum of 4 large suitcases can fit in the car. Over sized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Private transfers are provided in a luxury Toyota Hiace and can comfortable fit in 9 people.

It’s too expensive as I paid US$115 which us more than double of the usual rate for a one way transfer. Not impressed at all.

Driver was early to pick us up. This was good because I added some buffer time after scheduled landing time for customs, etc. and we were ready almost an hour before I set the pick up time. We only had to wait 25 minutes or so (so he was 30+ minutes early). The driver was friendly (as almost everyone in Fiji is) and stopped at a store for us to buy some beer and water before heading to the hotel.

On time, waiting at airport and easy to locate, friendly guys. Nice clean van with air con and wifi. Stopped at supermarket on way to Denarau for us to stock up on some holiday 'essentials', return trip just as easy. Would recommend :)

After our original flight being delayed and then we managed to get on an earlier flight, I was a bit worried if we were going to be picked up from the airport. Not a problem! Our driver Ali was there patiently waiting for us. Great service and good driving Ali. Thank you

The actual transfer was good but we were very disappointed that we had to wait at least half an hour for the bus to arrive. We had to stand in the heat after our flight. Ideally we expected to go straight from the airport and onto the bus.
Price was fair as all transfers are expensive in Fiji.
The driver was most pleasant.

We used them both ways, to and from the airport to our resort. They were on time, friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to stop off at the supermarket before going to the hotel to stock up on items such as snacks and beer etc which was handy. As it's a 40min drive to the hotel, It would've been nice if they provided bottle water for us in the car as other transfer companies do that I've used before in Fiji.
