The produce market was fantastic. We were lucky to go on a Saturday when there was lots going on.
The Garden of the Sleeping Giant was beautiful. The Hindu temple and the Village tour were also interesting.
Our guide Sharon explained a lot about Fiji's culture and history and he answered our questions. He was very friendly and professional.
This small group tour was really worthwhile.

You should go on this tour if you:
(1) Want to be independent and self-direct your tour.
(2) Do not wish for tour guide commentary
(3) Want to be independent and see want to see Nadi with the tour company as transport.
The driver was friendly and patient when we went places. Car was clean and picked us up on time. We expected to have commentary and a guided tour, which we did not. We were disappointed not to learn more on our tour.
Travelling alone I felt safe and in good hands with Navin. He was very informative and patient as I was looking for a present for my mother.
Unfortunately this was not what we expected. No commentary from driver. Just ‘here is the temple’ ‘here is the village’. On top of this we couldn’t go in the temple because of some worship. Unfortunately a chief had recently died so we couldn’t go into the village either. The gardens were ok. The market was very small. The souvenir shop was just one shop quite selly! The driver I guess tried his best but we were put with another couple who booked the mud pools and we specifically chose a tour without this. As the driver was unable to take us back, we would have to go and wait at the mud pools adding at least another hour and a half to our trip so we took a taxi at extra cost. Very disappointed. We’ve done many tours over the years and this was probably the worst one. Sorry to have to say all this but at the end of the day we paid for something we feel we did not receive.
A nice tour with good information about the First Fijian village. Loved the Beautiful Hindu Temple and the kava ceremony. Also enjoyed the Sleeping Giant botanical garden Our guide was very good.
We enjoyed the Sleeping Giant—it was beautiful. The rest wasn’t so enjoyable. It wasn’t exactly a tour but a driver, and a very sexist one at that. Didn’t even look or speak to me, talked only to my husband the entire time which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. He pointed out some female drivers in a derogatory way as well. He also took us to several stores where we were pressured to buy cheap souvenirs we did not want. I think this would have been better as a group tour, where they treat tourists equally considering that they rely so heavily on tourist money for their economy.
I had a great time on this excursion. Learned a lot about Fijian history and culture. Highly recommend this excursion.
For the Hindu temple, make sure you know the clothing restrictions and you do have to go, barefoot. The farmers market was enjoyable, but everything’s mostly fish and vegetables, so really nothing to buy.. It was rainy and foggy so we didn’t get to go to the Lookout.. It was very rainy when we went to the oldest village so that was difficult to enjoy.. got a little bit of a break in the weather at the tropical gardens and that was amazing… definitely a must do in Fiji would be the tropical Gardens. My tour guide was very kind and pointed out highlights of the island along with some history. He is a safe driver and very prompt.
This tour showed us a little bit of everything in Nadi. The temple was amazing, they gave us a brochure that showed the celling painting more clearly with detailed descriptions of that they depicted. We had fresh pineapple from the Produce Markets, which was so fresh and yummy. Our driver let us stop at Jacks for some souvenirs before we headed to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant. This place was so serine and quiet, making it the perfect place fro reflection!
This tour was a private taxi tour of the area rather than what we envisioned of a large bus of tourists stopping at the sights with commentary. We saw the sights and took photos and the information was what was supplied with the tour booking. Loved the gardens of the sleeping giant and the lookout.
We got a driver instead of a tour guide. He didn’t provide much info on Fiji. He thought we are going to the mud bath, I had to show him the itinerary of the tour. He had to stop by the airport to pickup money for our entree fees. Viseisei village was the highlight of the tour, our guide also the pastor of the village was great. Our driver stopped on the side of the road for us to take photos, and told us it’s Vuda point. We never got to Vuda point marina which is supposed to be one of the stops. The garden of the sleeping giant was nice, good view at the top.
Overall very disappointing experience, I don’t recommend this tour unless a guide is quaranteed.
Disappointing seeing of some sights; poorly organized and poorly executed. Not a tour, basically a taxi service dropping you as some of the listed sights.
Car came 30 min. late because the driver had an airport pickup in the morning that was late (they did texted me 15 min late that it would take another 15 min.).
Another tourist in the same car booked other tour that included the mud pool. Driver intended to drop us there too even though that was not on our excursion (we had village Viseisei and Vuda point). We had to convince him we wanted what we paid for.
No tour guide, just a driver who drops you at attractions. Driver pretended not too know Vuda Point Marina (where it is and where lookout point is). He drove through the marina and that was it.

Per the instructions provided before the tour, my family and I were ready and waiting at our hotel by 8:05 AM for our scheduled tour. The van did not arrive until 8:35 AM—30 minutes late—despite us calling your office at 8:20 AM and being told it would arrive “any minute.”
When the van finally did arrive, it was not at all what we were led to expect. Only one other family was aboard, with a large stroller blocking the door, two screaming children, a strong and unpleasant diaper odor, and two car seats taking up space. The only seats left for our family of three were crammed in the very back, making for an uncomfortable and unsanitary start to the day.
Worse, the driver informed us that we still had more passengers to pick up and could not tell us when the tour would actually begin. At this point—nearly 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup—we had not even left the hotel premises.
We reasonably requested to exit the vehicle and be issued a full refund, given that the service had not been provided and the conditions were unacceptable. Instead, the driver called a supervisor, who curtly denied the refund in front of us. When we followed up with your office by phone, we were again told "no refund" without any effort to acknowledge our concerns or find a resolution.
This experience was entirely unprofessional, and we received no value for the money we paid. We were not provided the tour experience we booked, and were met with poor communication, misleading information, and dismissive.

We’d like to clarify a few important points. Our records show that the driver did arrive at your location, and although there was a delay, it was communicated during your call that the vehicle was on its way. Delays can occasionally occur due to traffic or the logistics of collecting other guests, but our team makes every effort to keep passengers informed in real time.
Regarding the other family on board, we were not advised of any concerns or preferences related to traveling with families with young children in advance. Touring with a mix of guests, including families, is standard and we aim to create an inclusive environment for everyone. Choosing not to participate in the tour solely based on the presence of children and a stroller is a personal decision, and one we cannot accommodate with a refund, especially since the service was available and delivered as scheduled.
The tour proceeded with the rest of the guests, including the family with children, without issue. No other complaints were received from the group regarding the matters you described.
While we understand your disappointment, we respectfully maintain that a refund was not warranted under the circumstances. That said, we take your comments seriously and will use them to further improve our communication and service standards.

Covered the sites we wanted to experience. Guide was very courteous and gave us time to explore on our own. The village stop was rather lacking in info or time. Gardens and temple and market were great.
The Temple was beautiful, so much workmanship with the murals. Lovely to see how a local village runs and how they live. People are poor but always polite and have a smile on their faces. The Garden of the Sleeping Giant and walk was beautiful but take mozzie repellant.
Too much emphasis on shopping. Did not book the tour to do shopping. Temple, Village, Garden were great thanks.
No tour guide for temple or sleeping giant. Other tours include this. The Village did have tour guide, highlight of trip.
Had a great day trip. The highlight was the garden of the sleeping giant, with a great lookout and beautiful flowers. The village of Viseisei was also a great spot with an amazing tour guide who explains the history of first settlement in Fiji in great details. It's a must see.
Garden of Sleeping Giant was good. However driver gave very little information about other places visited and we never saw the village house in the photo. Viseisei Lookout was never mentioned and first landings village seemed to be simply a set of modern houses selling souvenirs.
The parts of the tour are a great mix of a wonderful country, the very sympatique peoples and their culture.
We thought 'small group' tour would be a minivan; but Junior Ali turned up (very punctually) in a sedan and took our family of 4 on a drive around to all the sights. He was polite, informative and helpful.
The 'tour' hit all the spots and it gave us a chance to interact with the local people in the market and in the village. We really enjoyed it.
great way to cover a lot of sights in 4 hours; we did not feel rushed or anything.
Pick up was on time, our tour guide and driver Dev was AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable, kind and considerate of what we were interested in, wanted to see and know. Could not ask for a better tour guide to get an understanding of beautiful Nadi. Value for money could not be better and Dev made sure we knew the best spots to eat and see whilst we were here.
Navin did a good job of giving us a history of the island and every venue we went. The highlight was the Village we visited.

DEV was our tour guide he gave us a fully informative commentary throughout the day. Worked really well in translation at the Markets were he gave us a really good insight into different things. He found us a brilliant place to stop and have lunch before transporting us back to our Hotel,

we were looking forward to this trip to learn about the culture and history of Nadi.as it was our first time in Fiji
We were transported by a private car, we thought it would be a group. The driver would drop us off at each attraction with no knowledge . very disappointing.
We loved our tour, our drive Navine was brilliant and offered to sit in car or come with us. Of course we made him come to be our photographer and we had the bonus of him telling us so much information about each area we visited. What a wonderful tour guide he is.
Our guide Navin was soft spoken, informative and always available. He accompanied us at the temple, market and sleeping giant Garden. At the market he bought us local Kava to try.
Will recommend Epic tour and Taxi to anyone.
