Even though I changed the pickup time two days before due to a change. I contacted Viator twice and they confirmed my changes. The full amount was charged to me. Shortly before 5:00 a.m., an email arrived stating that they could not accommodate it and that we are now out of luck. There was also no driver there for the last hour that we had booked. They refuse to refund the money. Our group of 8 is totally disappointed.
