Absolute disgrace, why advertise that you're available and then cancel last minute saying unable to accommodate. Very poor service, would not recommend

In fact, we had not agreed to the appointment — your request came in and was followed up just 12 minutes later with expectations of immediate confirmation. Given that no confirmed service was canceled, we’re unsure of the reasoning behind your negative review. We make every effort to accommodate clients, but we also maintain clear boundaries around booking procedures to ensure fairness and proper scheduling. Publicly misrepresenting the situation is not helpful or accurate. We wish you all the best moving forward.
