Guide was excellent. Gave a great history and was able to answer all questions.
The tour guide company is very disorganized. Left port 30 minutes later than scheduled and tour start for 15 minutes late. Otherwise would recommend.

The highlights were the tour guide on Delos, Sophie. She was extremely knowledgeable, very engaging, and accommodating. Not their fault, but the weather turned out to be terrible and it rained the entire tour. What started as a sprinkle turned to a downpour by the end of the tour. She made sure to continue to the end and make sure we got what we paid for while also giving people opportunities to return to the start whenever they needed.
Our transfer to and from the cruise terminal was not so smooth. We were told to be early so we were, when I messaged the host to let them know where we were I was told to be patient. Once we found our way to our driver, he got us to the old port which required a walk of about a quarter mile. He told us that upon our return someone would be there to pick us up, no time was given. Due to the inclement weather, the boats brought us back to shore earlier than anticipated. I messaged the host to understand what time we needed to be back to see if we had time for lunch. The host did not respond and when we returned to the agreed upon spot, there was no ride. We then had to hire cabs (multiple, for the size of our group) in order to get back to the cruise terminal.

Very informative, but very hard to do if you have a disability. Due to the fact that a lot of people want to use the restroom before the tour and there is only 1 bathroom and it takes time away from the actual tour. Then you have to rush back o catch the boat that's very far away.

Communication and instructions were poor, a lot of wasted time, our tour guide in group three, while she was nice, she was veryyyyy boring…

No food or drink allowed inside the site. The tour guide was extremely wonderful, gave plenty of information and stories.

This was a great quick trip to see the ruins. Our guide was great and we were able to explore the whole area.

Delos is a great island to visit. The boat ride was very smooth. Seeing the ruins was great but on our day there was alot of people there. Our guide did her best but we recommend maybe changing up the order of stops to avoid the crowds. We did also wish to have more time to visit the museum before the boats left. Overall still a great tour despite our hiccups, lots to see and great place for pictures and history

Transport was easy and on time. Getting to Delos was a breeze. While on the island our guide was personable and knowledgable. She was able to answer all our questions and kept the day interesting!

The site was spectacular, the instructions when arriving at the port was not so clear.
Our tour guide was long winded and the group too large. The whole experience felt a little unorganized.

If you're passionate about history and Greek mythology, this tour won't provide enough time to truly explore Delos’ main sites and fully immerse yourself in its rich heritage. I would rate it two stars, primarily because of the tour guide. She is fairly knowledgeable, maternal, and well-organised, which makes for a more structured experience. We were placed in Group 2.
However, the staff at the ticket office, managed by young women, were not just rude and impatient, but also displayed a complete lack of respect. Their behavior was unprofessional, and considering that tourism is the backbone of their economy, they should be trained in customer service, especially when dealing with international visitors. Without tourism, they would likely face unemployment, so this lack of respect is unacceptable.
The tour allotted only 60 minutes for self-exploration, which includes visiting the museum and walking back to the ferry for the 1:30 PM departure to Mykonos. This short window doesn’t allow sufficient time to reach areas like the Temple of Isis.
We decided to return the following day on our own, taking the 10:00 AM ferry, which returned at 1:30 PM. Be aware that your return time is fixed, and you can't simply catch a later ferry. The ferry costs 25 euros per person, and entrance to the site is another 8 euros. I recommend to run to the ticket office upon arrival, as the queue can take up to 30 minutes, eating into your limited time if you visit independently.
Even without the tour, it’s challenging to see everything. However, we managed to hike up to the Temple of Isis, explore that area, and descend through the Theater Quarter in about 90 minutes. This left us with enough time to enjoy the museum and walk leisurely to the ferry.
Bring water as it can get very hot. You can purchase it on the ferry or from the museum’s vending machine.

The tour was great, we had an actual archeologist as a guide who had a wealth of knowledge. Getting there was challenging. We were picked up at the hotel on time. The driver spoke no English. We were dropped off with no directions about checkin. We were told to get on the first ferry, which took us across the harbor. We were told on board by an actual tour guide (after she asked if we needed help) to check in at the booth on the next dock. We did so and we're directed to the ferry and given our tour group number. Delos was uneventful, but there was not enough time to take the tour, and see all of the sites (temple of Athena, highest peak, and museum). Another 45 minutes to an hour would have been nice. We were hurried back on the boat to go back to Mykonos town. Upon arrival we found that we would have to purchase additional tickets to get back across the harbor (we opted to walk) where our driver was waiting. The directions needed to be much more clear as well as point to present voucher. Everything should have been disclosed as well as tour timeline. Again the guide was amazing and learning about the site from an arechologist was great.

Was an extraordinary experience. A must see place!! A whole island turned into an open archeological site.
The tour operator was so helpful to help resolve our initial problem where the driver left us.

The guide was passionate about Delos history and gave us an excellent explanation.
The transportation was comfortable, but keep in mind that once they drop you in the Seabus station, you have to walk to the church with the blue dome where you can take the ship to the island. To go back to your hotel, you have to walk back to the Seabus station.

The tour was ok but just because Delos is so amazing! But the pick-up and drop-off to our location was very rush. And the explanation by our tour guide very basic.

Amazing guide, very informative and friendly. Definitely recommend gave us a good insight into Ancient Greek History

Delos is a must-see. It is truly awe-inspiring. Our guide on the island was highly knowledgeable. A 3-hour tour is not enough; we plan to come back and spend a full day or two on Delos. The problem with this tour is that the driver did not pick us up in Mykonos Town after the ferry returned from Delos. My texts to the tour operator were not answered until the next day. We took a taxi back to our hotel on the other side of the island. We are currently negotiating with Viator for reimbursement of our taxi fare; they have been easy to communicate with, in contrast to the tour operator. So, while I very highly recommend a tour of Delos, I cannot recommend this particular tour because of the unreliability of the tour operator.

Delos Tour what an amazing experience. The largest Arqueologist Island in All Europe. Is a unique experience to see al the ruins in Delos is really impressive. You should definitely go if your visiting Mykonos.

The tour guide in English had such a bad accent and we had such a large crowd in our group you could hear NOTHING! People dawdled and it is a barren island so no shade as we dawdled. The museum is closed but otherwise there was nothing we could see but a few ruins. Walking tour 1 hour and then on your on for 1.5 hr until the ferry returned. Bookstore didn’t have change for a 20 euro for merchandise I purchased. Bad tour but could have been great.

Difficulty with ticketing provided through operator Kyklomar and Let's Book Travel. Actual tour company would not accept electronic ticket printed on line. Let's Book Travel called several times and did not answer phone. Six hours to correct ticketing missing tour which had to be rescheduled to following day. Calls to Viator to correct situation.
On tour the guide was great and knowledgeable but with a large group was very difficult to hear with the wind. Some type of audio enhancement would have made the experience much better.

Pagamos por una excursión de 5 horas con recogida y vuelta al hotel y entradas al museo y nos dejaron a más de 5 min. Andando del punto de partida y el museo cerrado, sin avisarnos ni devolver el importe pagado.
Nada satisfecho.
