Kind of dumb with too little actual city history

Jason walks too fast without looking behind to see if everyone is keeping up, is a bit too dramatic and corny, but frankly the material is just kind of dumb and unbelievable. There are no ghosts. They don’t really exist. The tour would be much better with more local history about DT Montréal thrown in and less surmising about fictious ghosts.

I was both surprised and disappointed by this review. We offer ghost tours led by a professional actor/storyteller and yet you are complaining that the tour was "dramatic" and involved stories about ghosts! Furthermore, as the author of the tour I combine deranged history with real ghost stories, something you are clearly skeptical about. With so many regular history tours being offered in the city, I find it beyond strange that you booked a ghost tour when clearly you would have preferred something less dramatic and more history-focused,

Great Experience

We had a fantastic experience. The owner of the company was our tour guide, I believe his name was Jason. His storytelling was beyond this world. It brought every single story to life and we felt part of the stories. We ended up going to the hunted pub Andrew's for beers after the tour ;)

The tour guide was great in his theatrics, informative, and funny too! However, there were 3 haunted sites out of the 6 that we toured that I was unsure of what he was referring to when talking about them. Other than that, I enjoyed the tour.

Took this haunted downtown tour last night with my daughter and totally enjoyed listening to our guide Jason who was a amazing storyteller. Cemetery gave me the jitters 👻😱, a great experience for all ages ,and great exercise too , overall is was very interesting and learnt some spooky facts of our haunted Downtown Montreal!!!

Our guide was very enthusiastic which was great since most of the stories were less than “scary “. However the real difficulties were the very rapid walking pace she set. Even complained about by people younger than me. And at the end of the tour she left us in a different spot than where we started. It was 10:00 on a Sunday night, cabs hard get and we had no idea how to get back to our hotel. As she was about to leave I asked her how we could get back to our hotel and I told her the name and address and she simply said go “that way”. We did make it back but went through some isolated streets. Maybe this was the “haunted” trip she thought we would enjoy. NOT!
