My wife and I booked this tour months in advance and were looking forward to starting our vacation with a bang by taking in the popular sites listed in the itinerary of this tour. We waited over 30 minutes at the agreed upon meeting point in the cold but no one showed. No one called. No one texted. After 35 minutes I contacted Viator. They were very helpful. They refunded our money and apologized. They are the only reason I'm giving this experience 2 stars. I totally understand that circumstances arise and there are reasons why someone can't make it. What I definitely don't appreciate is there was no attempt to do us the courtesy of letting us know. The tour may or may not be good, however, we will never know. We were disappointed to have missed out out the opportunity.

Dear Kathleen, I have spoken to the host assigned to your experience. She let me know that she tried to reach you multiple times via email and over the phone prior to your experience, however the phone number provided with your booking was incorrect and she didn't receive a reply to the emails either. She presented herself at the meeting place you requested (your hotel) at the time you selected at time of booking. However, you were not at the hotel at the time of the meeting. The hotel called back the host later during the day and connected her when you arrived. The host gave her availability for later in the day or next day, but you said you'd prefer to cancel.
