No one picked us up. Mobay personnel attempted to assist us without success. We spoke with one of your representatives at the airport who stated they didn’t have our names. I was very disappointed

Please use another company. I paid for a transfer for two people from the airport and no one was there. Completely wasted hours, had to hire another company to get us to our hotel. Had received several emails with confirmation of booking, and received nothing.

Car was very clean it was pretty easy to spot the company as they were wearing orange and grey. We rode with a few others but it wasn’t crowded or anything. The car had A/C and it was pretty clean.

The system and being able to contact a live person was difficult. Too many numbers and one of the numbers that state you can connect on WhatsApp was not a working number. Also the hotel selection was lax, they need to improve the online aspect of their site. Also the time of pick up was to early…7:55 am for a 2:35pm flight. The bus was a bit shaky with the road conditions. Otherwise the driver Stephens was on time and courteous. I would not use this service to leave the island or I will do private service next time.

I was never given a pickup time. My driver showed up 3 hours early and called my room. When I was awakened out of deaf sleep, I told him to give me 20 mins. When I got to lobby, he had driven off. He never took me to the airport. I had to catch a ride with a different driver.

Nothing. Scheduled a 10:00 pick up/ transfer from hotel to airport never showed up. Called customer service and was told the driver came at 8:00am (for a 12:00pm flight). Almost missed my flight waiting for a pick up. Unreliable. I will never use this company again. The absolute worst.

HORRIBLE!!! WOULD RATE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE SINCE I GOT ZERO SERVICE!! Was recommended by a travel agent. Made advance PAID reservation for one way transportation from my hotel to AP prior to leaving for my trip to Jamaica. Received emailed confirmation but never received info about pick up time from hotel as promised. There was never a rep in hotel travel office but someone there provided me with "Elvin's" name & number. Concierge reached him the morning of my 5pm return flight and he said my hotel pick up would be at 2pm. BUT VIATOR WAS A COMPLETE NO SHOW! Concierge and bellman repeatedly tried to call the number for Elvin called earlier and also another number printed on my confirmation but only response was voicemail. By 2:30 I had no choice but to get a cab which was $40 cash only! The VIATOR ADVANCE PAYMENT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY! To my horror the lines at the AP were very long and slow but fortunately I had priority check-in. Otherwise I probably would not have been able to timely check my bag which was too large for a carryon so I would have completely missed my flight & all are overbooked!! VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE! BE WARNED!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Worst experience on shuttles!

Viator and its vendor, Nexus don't know what the other hand is doing. I painstakingly filled out SEPARATE shuttles for arrivals at the Montego Bay airport since everyone was arriving at different times. There were 3 shuttles and I grouped people close to when they arrived at the airport. Viator NEVER sent this info to Nexus, the bus company and so lumped everyone together to go to the hotel on a bus!!! I booked 15 passenger shuttles, not a bus! People had to wait until I arrived to tell them they were in error!! Then the departures FROM the hotel were based on what time people's flights departed. When I called 24 hrs. in advance, Nexus had the pickup times 3.5 hours BEFORE the earliest departure! That was way too early to go to the airport. I requested them to change it to 2.5 hours. They sent me a message saying they COULD NOT give me the 2.5 hr. window. But then they changed it I found out on the pickup day anyway! So I had to try to find people in the hotel THE DAY OF PICKUP and tell them the departure times had changed. Many of them just paid to have a cab take them to the airport because this company just couldn't get it together.

After receiving our pick up time (only after calling the night before) we waited over 45 minutes past that time for someone to actually get us. Then we had to make more stops. It’s fine to be late, I get it, thinks happen, but a courtesy call would have been appreciated.
