I was a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews but I’m so happy I booked with them. The vibes was lit and we had a great time. Snorkeling was cut short due to lightening but we got to stop at Margaritaville where the festivities continued due to the passing storm. Overall the crew was funny, friendly and attentive! Fun times for sure

I had a ball. If you seen my other reviews, I traveled solo. Everyone was super friendly including the staff. Great music, drinks and good company. Snorkeling was awesome, I actually saw fish and it was my first. Staff was very helpful and made sure I was ok. Another must do, the experience was about four hours and was just great.

The excursion offered so much more than we expected. The crew of the catamaran were professional, fun and hospitable. They relates so well to our family. The snorkeling instruction was super helpful, and the actual snorkeling was top notch. If you wanted to just swim without snorkeling that was an option. We were surprised and delighted by a stop afterwards at Margaritaville for drinks and kids water activities. And on the cruise back to base there was dancing and line dancing instruction. The crew made it so fun. My children loved it!!!

What a fun experience to have with a family reunion group. The captain was friendly, especially to the kids, the bartender kept the drinks flowing and exceptional with knowing what a lot of us were drinking. The snorkel was a beautiful experience as well and the waters were calm the day we were out there. We also had a stop at an "activity water park" while we stopped at a restaurant for a pitstop before heading back to the dock. I felt like we could have done two snorkel spots versus the activity water park but it was fun nonetheless. Book with them and you won't be disappointed. They picked us up with a shuttle bus from our hotel to bring us in and we joined the additional parties.

The crew was amazing! Drinks kept coming, lights snacks and refreshments were served. Snorkeling was a great experience! There were guides for beginner Snorkelers and swimmers. I felt safe the entire time I was off the boat. Margaritaville was clean, fast service and friendly staff. Overall this was an amazing experience. Thank you!

I’d like to start by saying that my friends and I were really excited to do this excursion. In the booking info it said that this was going to private, as in only my group would be on board. When we arrived the catamaran that they were putting us on had MULTIPLE other groups and according to staff the boat could hold 120 people! I can’t specify as to how many people were on board, but there were a lot! In addition, when they let us board it was not only hard down raining, but also thundering and lightning. My group and I thought that it would be cancelled due to inclement weather, but nope! They took us out anyway! Ultimately, this was an extremely unpleasant experience and I feel as if our safety wasn’t priority

We deeply apologize that the booking information stated it would be a private excursion. In terms of weather conditions the catamaran company always cancelled their cruise when the weather conditions are bad. If the weather conditions seem good they will proceed with the cruise. The catamaran company has to follow the safety guidelines when operating. So I know they will not proceed if the weather conditions are bad. I’ll have this matter addressed by the relevant department of the catamaran company. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this issue and I’ll take the necessary measures to ensure this issue doesn’t happen again thank you very much
