There was a slight change to our activity due to weather conditions. Travis and his team worked to ensure that our experience was not impacted due to the conditions. The communication was professional and courteous as was Travis. We had an amazing day and thoroughly enjoyed our tour. I would highly recommend this tour with Travis it is worth every penny. Best Time Ever

Had an amazing time with the bambu rafting and atv tour. The staff at both events showed us a great time and were sensational. Our driver was also a fun time as well; by giving us some gems on Jamaican culture, giving a tour of which areas we are in, and getting us to our destination in time. Would definitely recommend this to anybody who would take this tour!

I am a little late with my review, however, this was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. My raft driver LOL name was Alex, he was so fun! Provided music, ran and grabbed us drinks, and massaged our legs with the limestone. It was just nice and relaxing! I would definitely do this again on my next trip to Jamaica. Our driver, her name was Lisa! She was such a sweetie! I enjoyed her and she was simply so nice, and the love she has for her country, I love that even more! Request Trav Sun Tours and I will personally ask for Lisa! I promise you would not regret it!!!!

Our group of 9 Adults had a great time with this excursion while in Montego bay. Lisa did an outstanding job giving us a tour. She was very welcoming and extremely patient with our group during pick up and drop off at our resort. When we couldn't make the ATV tour due to time constraint, Lisa went above and beyond to get us on the zipline tour instead without us forfeiting the money we paid. On our way back, Lisa even insisted we stop by Scotchies to grab lunch since we had a long day. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure our group had a fantastic time out.

Ruined Birthday

Lisa completely ruined trip! She was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. I got up to move around to put my seatbelt on because the driver was driving extremely crazy and when I sat down she said and I quote “Which of you skinny girls in the back are going to show this fat one up” .. I laughed it off as I was trying to enjoy my birthday however she kept calling me fat. No I am not small however I am not fat or sloppy. Not to mention I actually lost over 25 pounds and was not only celebrating my birthday but my independence from being with someone who was not only physically abusive but also mentally abusive as Lisa by calling me fat all the time. We couldn’t even experience the full rafting tour or massage as it started to put down raining and once again Lisa yelled and fussed about how we were late coming back like it was our fault the rain came and those who operated raft had to spend extra time navigating. To make matters worse when getting to ATV location she again commented on my weight and then was even more rude when we asked questions about how to proceed as two of my friends forgot their ID. It was so bad I cried in bathroom because of her rudeness and comments on my weight. We didn’t even get to do the ATV because at that point my spirit was so broken I just wanted to go home. So needless to say myself and my friends paid $1100 to get rained on, talked to rudely and belittled because we’re not under whatever Lisa weight limit is. Thank you for ruining my birthday and giving me even more insecurities and low self esteem. I only gave one star because I had to pick one.
