To our valued customers that booked their private airport transfer, here are the steps you should follow for a successful pick up. Arrival at MBJ Airport: After clearing through immigration and customs, please make a right exit through the arrival hall main door. Once outside, turn to your right where you will see our representative or driver standing with the company's sign . When you identify our agent, please present your ticket to them and they'll guide you straight to your fully air-conditioned that is ready to transport you comfortably and safely. Please Note Briefly: This transfer does not include airport transfers to GrandPalladiumResorts, Excellence Oyster Bay, Ocean Coral Spring, Royalton Blue Waters and White Sands Resorts This transfer does not drop off at hotels in Runaway Bay, Negril or Ocho Rios areas. ONLY Resorts in Montego bay!!! N.B. - If you happen to book by accident prices can be negotiated to ensure you get to your resort safely! Departing from your hotel to MBJ Airport: When you book your return transfer, your driver will meet you at the hotel entrance Lobby with the company's sign. NB: For all Departures, you must be at the airport three(3) Hours before your flight time. Hence, based on your time of departure, we'll let you know the time that your driver will be coming to get you from the hotel. Once you are aware of this time, please to be at the hotel lobby on time, if not your driver will have to leave within 15 mins after that time have passed. Thanks for you working with us!
