The flight was delayed and the Driver was very understanding and accommodating to us arriving behind schedule which took a lot of stress away from the situation. The Driver was very Good and professional. We have been satisfied with the airport pick up and transfer services.

Upon booking, the system asked for my destination, which was provided, in addition to my return transfer date information. Once in Jamaica, we were told that the price listed on Viator was only for local transportation and we would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $80 to get to our location. I was not given a confirmation for the return transfer, which is TODAY, January 20, 2025 @12:15pm. Hopefully the driver takes my word for it. This is totally unacceptable!!!

You booked the transportation a day before the arrival date and was advised that your hotel is 45mins away and we are not able to provide a private transportation for $30usd. Upon arrival you said you did not get the message they explained it at the desk which you said you understood it you were advised you will be placed on a shared for $30usd total you did not pay $80 and we have the receipts text messages and email to prove that for the return the driver had your name on his pick up list which was sent to him. Also the confirmation was sent to your husband email which the representative at the desk sent to him before you were placed on the bus which you also showed the representative that you had received the email confirmation with your pick up time for the 20th of January 2025. It’s unacceptable that you would write a review lying about the service that was provided

Overall experience is good, but here is what you need to know. It is a round-trip transfer. Yet when the reservation was made through viator, there was no way to enter the arrival date, airline and flight#. I texted the customer service to provide this information. Finding the representative at Montego Bay airport may be somewhat tricky. On arrival I was told to find Shaggy at counter#11 before I exit the building of the airport. He wasn't there, but I found him outside by asking reps of other companies.

Company is a fraud. They let you book the transfer for one price and then couple of days prior to the trip contact you to pay more in cash, claiming that the trip will take longer than stated in the reservation. Cars are old. There are definitely better options out there. For those who are traveling to Riu Palace Aquarelle. The trip takes about 35 to 38 minutes. Don't be fooled into paying extra for it.

Guest was advise that the price thats on the site is for hotels in montego bay and the guest is staying outside of the montego bay also you did not travel with the company so why would you say our cars are old why would you be spreading rumors about a service that you did not take

Paid double the price that I did online. Nick called me and said I had to pay more. I booked online and put both my arrival and departure, it gave me a price which I paid only to get there and was told it would be more than I paid.

Have used Viator before with no problems but this time was frustrating. Booked roundtrip pickup from Montego Bay airport to hotel and back. Got pickup time via email for pickup at airport with no mention of return. Usually they provide details of where to connect with them at airport but nothing this time. I asked via email about return trip and was told the driver at airport would give details. At airport it was confusing...we got shuffled from one to another as no one seemed to have our name, We did get to hotel finally but driver had NO info about return and in fact said he did not know who "viator" was. At hotel, myself, the Air Can rep and another hotel staff attempted to contact Viator but never got passed voice mail. And no response. We tried right up to day before travel. We did get back to airport via taxi. On return home, there was an email dated day before travel at almost midnight so communication is sorely lacking. Never again

I was traveling alone, and the driver was running late, so the people at the desk were kind and found me a tour bus that was leaving next. The return trip was good. On my way back to the airport my driver was Baker, and he was funny and easy to talk to. I will definitely book this again!
