Wild ride in a foreign country - not safe for your family

Viator was very responsive through email, which was great. Our flight time changed and it was very straightforward to communicate the changes. And the driver was waiting where the instructions said. All that is okay. The problem was our driver was not sober and drove erratically the entire way to Ocho Rios. He drove over the center white line several times, speed oscillated between 30-100 km the entire ride, and cars were honking at us the entire trip. Do not recommend taking your family on this wild ride.

Couldn’t find them at pickup luckily our guide found them and we finally got on the road. However when it came time to return to airport they were not timely and had we waited or left at the time they suggested we would have missed our flight. Would NOT recommend this company. They take “island time” to a whole new level and you could miss out !

Glenn was our driver. He was excellent!! Gave us historical facts during our travel to Ocho Rios stopped for some authentic Jamaican food and a souvenir shop. He was polite engaging. Definitely made us welcomed!

Upon arrival at the airport I didn't have to wait long once we got outside, maybe 5 min. It was myself and my 4 kids .The driver Eric was very friendly. He made the trip fell rather smooth and relaxing. We shared some conversation which made the ride feel even better. I would use this service again.

My apologies I can’t remember our drivers name Kevin or Kenneth. Either way he was a great driver. Super friendly, informative. He handled the driving perfectly, people drive really fast in Jamaica. He made it clear that our safety was of the upmost importance & I greatly appreciated it. 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely use this service again if we were to come back to Ocho Rios.
