We waited over an hour at the airport for our ride. We were told he would be back in ten minutes and that turned into an hour. They finally just found another driver. The new driver was great.

Poor experience it started to rain which is no control of the cruise however when it was time to head back to Margaritaville, due to unsafe docking conditions. we were promised a shuttle back to Ricks once we got off the boat. Everyone got off the boat in line confused with no direction as to what was happening total mess! I will not book this cruise again. Snacks were poor and drinks specially for the price.

No SHOW had to use a taxi. Just want my refund. On 8/27/24 send several messages (2) to confirm pickup but no response. So i called VIATOR at 10:11 on 8/28/28 to fond oit where was the driver. They couldn't connect with them. So had to take taxi to airport. Need my refund please. Thank you in advance.

I booked this service for as my transportation to the airport. When booking I sent a time to be picked up. As I continued to read, I noticed that I was asked to contact the company to schedule a pick up time. I was only able to reach out via chat. The day of my scheduled pick up came and I checked out of my resort with absolutely NO TRANSPORTATION. I guess lucky for me the flight was delayed. DO. OT BOOK THIS SERVICE. You will not be transported to your destination.

I found Jaconnectours online and was a little weary using them at first but I’m glad I did. Richie went above and beyond to make sure I got to and from the airport. On arrival day, my flight landed early and when I called he made sure to send someone right away. Robert showed up and he was great, even stopped for us on the way to the resort. A situation came up on the day I was supposed to leave, causing me to have to stay a few extra days. Richie was more than understanding and was even calling to check up on me the following 2 days, changing their schedule around to be able to accommodate me off schedule. He sent Nepal to pick up me up for my flight home. Another driver with a great personality! Once I reached home, Richie called to check up on me and make sure everything was ok. Not anything I expected but absolutely appreciated because it’s rare to find people/ a business that genuinely care about your well being when they work with so many people everyday. I will absolutely book with them again and am very appreciative of the care and concern Richie showed.

Terrible terrible terrible If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked a roundtrip transport to Ocho Rios, I received tickets for all three passengers and transportation was confirmed. When I arrived, I was notified that the ride was cancelled and had been refunded to us because Viator has the wrong price listed. However, I had not received any email stating such and most of all I had not received a refund. The staff was not helpful and was rude, not helpful. I hope viator removes them from their website as they leave visitors stranded and have poor business practices

When we arrived, your representative said that our order was canceled and promised that the money would be returned to us. As a result, it took us 4 hours to get to the hotel instead of the promised 1.5 hours. Now we are seeking a refund.

Hard to reach them by email, or by whatsapp and you only have Wi-Fi! We waited 30 minutes, after our arrival and people working at the airport started to contact them. Driver rt benefit in the end. All right, except this problem... I wait for the return!
