Overview

Take to the tranquil Lethe River on a traditional Lethe raft, and let your captain drift you along the water. An ideal way to travel quietly and peacefully, spot tropical birds and wildlife all along the riverbanks, and many types of fish swimming below you in the clear water. Customers will come on viator and make their booking. It is automatically confirmed but we will send additional information and confirm a pick up time. Traveler(s) are picked up at their stated location and are taken on the activity departure location. After the tour is finished the traveler(s) is/are taken back to their hotels or ports or wherever else on special request. Our protocol is to drop you off where you are picked up. Shopping is complementary, so if traveler wishes to stop and shop just communicate that with the driver. You can also request to be taken somewhere to buy lunch and that transportation cost is also inclusive.

I highly recommend doing this excursion. The driver (I forgot his name) showed up to the resort showed his credentials to security and drove me to Lethe. While we were on our way the driver gave me a mini tour and history lesson of different things and elements of Jamaica. He even stopped so that I can get soursop and soursop leaves (for tea). He made sure to properly hand me off to the raft captain and pick me up from the ready captain. He continued to do a mini tour on our way back to the resort.
