Oh we had the best time. Our captain (Dylan) he was the best. We had so much fun on the raft, and the limestone massage is definitely recommended 😊

Experience great, transportation horrible

The excursion itself was amazing!!!!! Had a great time. The issue was with the transportation. There’s was a lack of communication which had us at another resort at 9am(never showed up or answered any calls) we then had to go back to our resort and back to the pickup location at 11am. If the experience of the excursion wasn’t amazing I probably would never recommend this service to anyone traveling just due to the fact that the transportation had horrible communication

Good day Alexis, The team at Island Treasure Tours are deeply disheartened by this review as your recollection of the event is not a full and accurate synopsis of what transpired. You and your party were provided with a set pick up time and as per your request we were able to reschedule the pick up time to accommodate your personal needs. This was communicated to you and the other party involved and was agreed to. Please be reminded that the driver did arrive at the newly scheduled time, instead it was your negligence that caused you and your party to have faced unnecessary stress. This was in fact acknowledged during our conversation over the phone during which you did accept that you were at fault as you had forgotten that the pick up time was rescheduled. As it pertains to you and other members of your group moving between hotels, this was a personal choice and was unnecessary given that the relevant information was shared prior to the date of the excursion in question. Moreover, regarding the lack of communication we can admit that we were unavailable via the telephone. This is as a result of our CEO who is in charge of bookings and reservations currently residing overseas (to conduct further business). Due to the awareness of the time difference between Jamaica and the location of our CEO, he ensured you were notified with the relevant information prior to your booking as immediate responses may be impeded. This review really comes as a shock as we believed there was a mutual understanding of the negligence involved on your part. Nonetheless, we do appreciate you leaving a positive feedback about your excursion and hope that this “experience” did not hamper the success of your holiday.
