Three stars because the Vehicle was nice. Driver was represented by his wife who called me the day before my arrival after confirming my name then accusingly stated and I quote “It is MY Husband who is coming to get you from the airport . She never told me the name of the company, nor her husbands name. It was surprising and Extremely unprofessional. I arrived and got got in the vehicle when the driver who was on the phone with who I assume was his wife got us in the car then asked if he could pick up his wife because she wanted to stop at the same store he was bringing us to. I asked him to cancel our stop and just bring us to our hotel. This is the 1st time I have been uncomfortable in Jamaica having come here annually for decades. The driver didn’t go get his wife and stopped at the store then brought us safely to our hotel. It seemed he was a newer vendor but this experience caused me to choose another vendor for my ride back to the airport. That was a unique and unpleasant experience. I don’t know their situation but I wanted nothing to do with the driver or his wife’s weird behavior.
