After clearing immigration and custom, go out to the arrival hall. Use the first door on the right, exiting the terminal at the Information Desk. Once outside, turn to the right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper Bar, Our Representative will be standing behind the barricade, holding a sign, displaying your name. Identify yourself to the agent and she will escort you to your awaiting driver.
