Great trip,alll guides were very helpful and their knowledge second to none.Pissa and Lucca were extremely beautiful and steeped in history.But the best part was our tour guide John.He went above and beyond beyond to make our day so special and amazing.l couldn’t give him enough praise.He also gave us his number which gave us a great scene of security.Would highly recommend this experience

At first we were kind of lost at the station, so many busses we didn’t know which one.
But i recommend this tour, if you don't have many days do this tour. Good information over the History of Pisa and Lucca. We had fun

Gabriel our main guide and Sarah the local guide in Pisa were amazing.
Sarah was so knowledgeable and fun and entertaining
Pisa is definitely worth a thorough visit.
Lucca the town is nice and has history but the walking tour left us wishing it would go faster end be over
Sat afterwards at a cafe in one of the piazzas and enjoyed a local wine

Of course seeing the Tower itself is a must do. I also recommend going into the tower to get the feeling of the tilt.
The local guides were very good and knowledgeable but the main guide was just ok.
We booked for an English tour but it was in both English and Spanish.
The timings were not great, we did not get time to eat. The cake tasting was a waste of time and Lucca was, well, boring.
Sorry but not really worth it. But do go to the Tower!

the tour was an hour late. We were literally standing in the rain waiting for it. No one called. we had to keep calling. we were totally abandoned by the tour guide in Lucca. My husband was having health problems and the driver kicked him off the bus to stand in the pouring rain. i request a full refund. please respond.

Thank you for the feedback provided. We are deeply sorry to know that you haven't enjoyed the day.
Unfortunately, the bus found a car accident along the way from Florence to Montecatini and it delayed the whole tour. In order to make up for time lost in the queue, the tour lasted longer and ended later than the scheduled return time.
It's important to note that passengers couldn't remain inside the bus when the rest of the group is on tour. Typically, our drivers take the bus to a parking area, where maintenance tasks such as cleaning and adjustments are carried out while passengers are on the tour. This practice ensures the vehicle's upkeep and, unfortunately, prevents passengers from waiting inside.
We are confident that our tour leader conducted headcounts both in Pisa and Lucca, though these efforts often go unnoticed. We entrusted the tour to a diligent and experienced tour leader, and we stand by her and her work. Navigating complex situations, especially when external factors come into play, is a challenge, and we appreciate her efforts in such circumstances.
We regret that your experience with us fell short of your expectations. We always strive to offer our clients the best experience possible, but unfortunately, it is not always easy, especially in the face of unexpected challenges. We were the last pick up on the tour, at Montecantini. We were a party of 2 couples and one of the couples had to sit apart (a husband and wife) as there were only single seats left. Part of the experience is to share and discuss the views as you travel to and from your destination. We feel a policy should be in place to allow couples to sit together, i.e. single travellers should sit together.

Our tour guide was very helpful and did a great job keeping track of all of us. The tour guides at each stop were very educated in the regions and enjoyed answering any questions we had. They showed us some beautiful sites. I loved it.

Pisa and the leaning tower was remarkable. The local guide Sara was very very good. The tour guide was ok also. However, The tour bus was late, the walk to the leaning tower from the coach park was very far and you had to remain standing for well over an hour. Hard for older people to do that. The value for what you received was not there. You could take a train from Florence for a few Euros and spend a couple of Euros for a book on the leaning tower and learned just as much. For these reasons I cannot recommend this tour.

This tour was too fast paced. Our guide, Roberta, walked way too fast and kept losing the group in the crowds. She did not stop periodically to make sure we were all together. She also did not tell us where to meet up if we got separated. We enjoyed the Pisa tour and our Pisa guide. We did not enjoy our Lucca guide or tour. Our Lucca group expressed a desire for a slower pace and water break, which was ignored. I've taken many Viator tours over the years and I'm sorry to say this was one of my least favorites.
