A wonderful morning and early afternoon! Helping shop at the market made me feel like a local. Helping prepare the meal and then dining with the family was great too. The only things better were the hospitality and warmth.
Very highly recommended!

I have attended many cooking classes in different countries over the years and this event by far was the most comprehensive and memorable experience. This is not a typical cooking class, it is an occasion to experience a Tunisian cultural and culinary interaction in a family home. Your hosts welcome you to their beautiful home and you leave as if you’ve been good friends. Nabil and his lovely wife will guide you in the creation of whatever you decide from a vast array of items in Sousse’s local markets to hands-on preparation of a multi-course meal.
I wanted seafood as my main protein and Nabil guided me to the freshest options. I was joined by another couple who were vegetarians. We both were able to prepare dishes specific to our wants seamlessly. After eating our meal together at the table, we enjoyed sweet treats, coffee and tea on their lovely patio. You will regret not participating in this extra special cooking class in Sousse.

Forget everything you thought you knew about cooking classes – the culinary adventure we embarked on in Sousse was truly unlike any other. Stepping away from the typical "one-day-journey" offerings in the region, this experience delivered an immersive and surprising dive into Tunisian cuisine that transcended all expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the warmth was palpable. We weren't just clients; we were cherished guests, immediately welcomed and made to feel right at home.

Must definitely do this!!
We absolutely loved meeting Nabil and his wife. Nabil picked us up promptly from our hotel and first took us to the Souk in the Medina of Sousse. It was great wondering around the old streets and seeing small shops with local traders on and they were all very friendly. We bought some food ingredients and then when back to his house and met his wife. We had a small selection of drinks and snacks to eat, awaiting us, which were lovely. Then it was through to the kitchen to start preparing the vegetables for our dinner. We made a fabulous starter and main course and it was very interesting putting all the ingredients together for a very authentic Tunisian meal. It was a great 6 hours and well worth the money. Would definitely recommend!!

A wonderful experience with a lovely couple that do the class in their home. First they take you to the market in the Medina - quite an experience. Their home is lovely, and the food superb!

This was the highlight of my trip to Sousse. Shopping at the medina with Nabil, and then being invited into the Khairallah family home to cook, eat and get to know them was a true privilege. I would recommend this experience to everyone. Thank you!

It was wonderful being treated like a member of the family, enjoying the full experience of tunisian food which we helped prepare and then eating with our hosts

A very welcoming family with amazing food! I enjoyed everything from the trip down to the market, as well as the tasting & making of the cuisines.
I would definitely recommend, especially as a solo traveller because I was worried whether it would be safe or not when booking - but luckily the family was so kind & lovely! They even gave me a recipe book at the end :)

An amazing day, starting at La Médina market choosing fresh ingredients. Welcomed into the family home to cook up a feast! Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to trying some of the recipes again

This was so much more than a cookery lesson and totally the highlight of our trip, we would never have been surrounded with such culture if we have tried it ourselves. The smells of spices and roses in the market, the vegetables and fruit brightly coloured and everything else our hosts went above and beyond to give us the authentic Tunisian experience.
Coffee when we arrived at the house with a little snack then we cooked up the many dishes and had a laugh while we did. The lady is a pastry chef and her little shortcake strawberry tarts were amazing!!!
Small group of people which is nice and we were picked up at our hotel which was also great!
Thank you so much guys we will always rem this trip!!

I attended this cooking class with 2 teenagers and we had an absolutely great day.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare kindness and warmth. Our guests know immediately how to put at ease and really make them feel at home, in a simple and authentic atmosphere.
Visiting the medina was a real plus: I discovered beautiful places, off the classic paths, that I would never have found alone. A privileged moment, rich in exchanges and discoveries.
As for the kitchen, Nisa is an excellent cook. The meal was simply delicious, more than generous and perfectly controlled. We shared a real feast, in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
I was particularly touched by the quality of the welcome throughout the day.
