This great for customizing what you want to do. Our tour guide kept in touch with us as to what we wanted to do and also we were able to adjust our time a little bit because of rain.

Our tour guide took us all the places we wanted to go. The weather was really hot and humid so we chose not to do the last couple of items on the itinerary but that was certainly not his fault! Our only recommendation would be that he get a PA system for the van as it was very hard to hear him at times.

Great individual experience

Doug was an excellent host leaving the schedule up to use while giving some suggestions. We went by the well known beach houses and then headed to the country to visit the wildlife park. Because it was raining, we visited a chocolate factory hoping the rain would dissipate where we also had an excellent lunch. We finished the tour in downtown Melbourne with little time to do much but get a sense of this thriving city. Throughout our time, Doug accommodated our interests and provided a safe and comfortable ride.

Doug was a very accommodating driver. He could make the trip better by learning more about the historical sights. The wildlife park was very good. Doug also needs a Bluetooth headset and speaker so he can be heard throughout the van. Thank you Doug for your consideration in pushing our handicapped passenger around

Since we only had one day in Melbourne having a private tour with an itinerary we could set was the perfect way to see as much as we could in a limited amount of time.
