Departure Point: At Marseille Cruise Pier, where your cruise ship will dock. When you'll go out the cruise ship, you'll see several guides holding signs. About 5 minutes before the wine tour departure time, look for someone holding a "Provence Wine Tour" sign. Address: We can not provide any precise adress as it will depend on where your cruise ship will dock on that day. (There are several location possible in the large Marseille Cruise Port). However, we are in contact with the Port authorities and we will make sure to come to the dedicated pier where your ship will dock on that day. As we tailor the tour to your cruise ship's docking schedule, please make sure to check your Viator messages and email for your confirmed pickup time and meeting point details.

Great experience! Driver was friendly and knowledgeable, wine was wonderful! Clean can and felt very safe! Picked us up promptly and got us back to pier on time , no worries about that! Thanks for a wonderful time!!

This was the perfect tour for our family. Anya was a fantastic guide and took us to two fantastic wineries and then free time in Cassis. We had a fantastic lunch and my wife enjoyed strolling through the shops. Anya was very personable, knowledgeable and just a joy to be around. What a great tour!!

Great guide who was also the driver. He was very knowledgeable and patient with questions. The vehicle was extremely clean and his driving was impeccable. We visited two lovely wineries and got to spend a couple of hours in Aix.

Our driver was not at the ship at the scheduled time. No one informed us that he was going to be late so we got nervous and started walking to find him at perhaps another pier all the while trying to get in touch with Viator. We finally got in touch with Viator only to find out he was going to be late. Not a great start to ended up being a fabulous tour.

Loris was wonderful. Great experience, I highly recommend this tour. He recommended a restaurant right by the water which had the best mussels we’ve ever tried. He also took us on top of the mountain so the can view the town of Cassis. Beautiful views!

We booked the full day Marseille wine tour and loved it. The driver was waiting for us at the cruise port with a sign. He provided a fun and entertaining day. Highly recommend!

Our driver Laurent was waiting for us right as we got off the ship. We drove first to a gorgeous winery in Cassis that had been family owned for over 200 years. We took a tour of the winery and learned the winemaking process. We then drove back into downtown Cassis and had free time for lunch and shopping. Afterwards, we ventured up to an overlook point of Cassis for gorgeous views, then proceeded to our final winery of the day. This one was also family owned but this one had been in the same family for over 500 years! After that we had a smooth drive back to the ship. What a gorgeous day!!

Lorias was a very personable & informative guide - highly recommend him! Both wineries we visited were beautiful & we enjoyed the wine tastings. We had free time for lunch in a town in between the 2 wineries. Lorias offered to make us a lunch reservation, which we should have done as it was very crowded & we couldn’t get a table & be served in the amount of time we had. We walked through a market & grabbed a sandwich to take & eat in the van on the way to the 2nd winery.

We really enjoyed our visit to the 2 wineries and tastings at each one. I chose this tour because due to my husband’s knee problems he is unable to walk far. It was perfect. Our guide was excellent .her knowledge of English was very good and her in depth explanation of wine making in France was very thorough. The beautiful scenery and close up views of the estates made us feel we were seeing the ‘real France. We also visited the small town of Aix-en-Provence, a pretty old town with narrow streets and a square. We were the only 2 people on the tour so we truly had a private one!
Eric was an excellant tour guide and provided great education throughout the tour. The country side was beautiful. You get about an hour for lunch in a beautiful town. We wish we had more time there. The wineries we went to were ok.
This was a good tour. We learned a lot about wine-making in this area of France. The wineries we visited were beautiful and we absolutely loved visiting the town of Aix en Provence. My only complaint was that we booked an English speaking tour but there were some French speaking Canadians on our tour as well and they chose to converse with our tour guide in French throughout the day. My husband and I felt that we missed out on some information because we didn't speak French and that was frustrating at times.
The van was comfortable for 8 people including the driver. Our driver Fabiela was knowledgeable and friendly. She got us to our destinations safely and on time. I enjoyed the location at the Bandol winery.
A wonderful day of discovery with excellent wines, and what can I say about the Provençal decor! A short stop for lunch in Aix-en-Provence to discover the charm of the area. Very satisfied with our excursion and the guide Eric, who was very attentive.
