Agreed to meet at metro station and no one showed up. Totally a waste of time and money. Make concrete plans before paying a cent

Dear Lynda, We are surprised to read your review. You must have us confused with another Viator partner since we DO NOT offer a different meeting point other than our shop in the old town. Indeed, all of our tours start and end at our shop. It is CLEARLY specified on Viator BEFORE you booked the tour. Once you booked the tour, the meeting point is also VERY CLEARLY mentioned on your voucher (I send you the proof on d-day). So, NO ONE never agreed to meet you at the metro station. On d-day, you didn't answer neither our text message, nor our call, nor our text on Viator. With no reason, you were at the Tourism Office at the hour of the tour. We also offered you to come in the afternoon but you never replied... It is too easy to let a negative review when you have made the mistake... We really hope you enjoyed your stay in Lyon !

I had an amazing 2-hour seaway tour in Lyon with Cecil as our guide. Cecil's knowledge of the city and its history was impressive, and she made the tour informative and engaging. The scenic views along the seaway were breathtaking, and Cecil's commentary added depth to the experience. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Lyon, and Cecil's expertise truly made it memorable.

We really enjoyed our tour with Melanie. She was the perfect guide! She was very knowledgable, attentive and shared great stories of the city.
